I recently had an issue with my type E61 espresso machine with the lever not functioning properly. I took my machine to gold roast and they fixed it and now it works great.

I'd like to also mention one of there competitors wanted to charge me $450 to even look at the machine and they had it fixed for $150. They even polished and cleaned it up.

I know where I'll be going in the future if it needs fixing again. Amazing work with great value.

I came in because I was having an issue with my espresso machine. Steve was super friendly, helped diagnose the problem, and informed me there was no need to repair. He also gave us a free coffee. I came prepared to pay for a repair and he wouldn’t take my money. I really appreciate the honesty and will be back in the future when it comes time to upgrade my grinder or machine. There was also a very nice selection of beans from local roasters which he walked us through.

After having several months of back and forth with trying to get my Machine fixed and only being in town for a week. I stumbled upon Gold Roast while looking up local roasters. Thought I'd just give it a shot, explained the situation to them and brought it in the next morning. The following day I got it back and in working order.
Also had been reassured by a local about them.

I am so thankful for this store! It is so nice to get a store that cares for their customers so deeply, but more than that, they just become your friends. Mike (the doctor) worked tirelessly on my machine, and he knew I was left without coffee at home. When there were more repairs than expected, I heard it in his voice that he disliked finding that out even more than I did. He helped and got it back in the better-than-new condition in only a couple of weeks. They were so accommodating that I even brought Mike a bottle of wine to say thank you. This level of service is so rare, and I could not recommend them enough for anything coffee machine maintenance-related. Thank you to Steve for opening up this store and making me some incredible espresso and hanging out when I came to pick up my machine.

I recently had a funny experience with Gold Roast Coffee Services for repair of my Phillips 2200. My coffee machine had issues with the dispenser and as it turned out the grinder motor. Despite a small hiccup, the team handled the situation perfectly, resolving the conflict with professionalism and care. They quickly fixed both the dispenser and the grinder motor, making my machine squeeze stronger brews. Kudos to Steve and Mike! Highly recommend their repairing services.

Great group of people. Great service and very knowledgeable techs. I took my Rocket machine in to get serviced and it has never run as good as it does now. They were even kind enough to make me an espresso on the house while my machine was broken. I fully recommend going here if you need any work done on your machine
