Very pleasant in store experience, I bought a DF54 coffee grinder from them and they were super helpful in answering all my questions. Super recommend them for all your coffee needs.
I came in because I was having an issue with my espresso machine. Steve was super friendly, helped diagnose the problem, and informed me there was no need to repair. He also gave us a free coffee. I came prepared to pay for a repair and he wouldn’t take my money. I really appreciate the honesty and will be back in the future when it comes time to upgrade my grinder or machine. There was also a very nice selection of beans from local roasters which he walked us through.

I'd like to also mention one of there competitors wanted to charge me $450 to even look at the machine and they had it fixed for $150. They even polished and cleaned it up.
I know where I'll be going in the future if it needs fixing again. Amazing work with great...
