Gol's Lanzhou Noodle Waterloo

One of the best Chinese noodle shop in the Waterloo area.
The barbeque dishes are absolutely delicious. I’m a big fan of their king oyster mushrooms and the chicken wings.

Their chow mein and noodle soup is probably the most ordered dish. Very flavourful and filling. Will definitely visit regularly.

Excellent noodle place, with fast and great service. The noodles are so delicious and you can watch the chef pull them by hand in the restaurant. The BBQ is also great and the food always tastes good. I recommend adding an egg or extra serving of noodles to your order to get the most value.

I love gohls in Toronto but this location was terrible
First time ordering from them and they messed up my order. Also would not recommend the lamb skewers, terrible horrendously overpriced or the chicken wings. The edamame is good tho and noodle portions are plus

- beef with pickled vegetable / normal beef noodle is good
- do not reccomend dan dan mian (beef is tough, sauce not much taste) - it is not very faithful to the original taste
- good amount of noodles (large beef noodle is hard to finish)
- price is decent
- expect to eat lots of carb (it is not very balanced)
- free green candy at the end
- restaurant is very open so very loud.
~20 per person.
- bbq squid is good but very little for the price (it is not an expensive dish to make a lot of)
