We come here very frequently. The staff are never pleasant (even when they make a mistake) and the drinks are ALWAYS too sweet. Regardless of if you order 30% or 50%, they always put 70-100%.I would highly recommend going to Sweet Dreams or The Alley in the plaza instead where the service is much better.

y’all the matcha and coconut soft serve is PHENOMENAL. 100/10Edit: apparently their soft serve doesn’t exist anymore ???? not sure if I will ever recover from this tragedy. Still 5 star worthy tho

Guys don’t go to this place at all. I saw some reviews that other people also got food poisoning; which is true because even me and my friend got food poisoning after yesterday’s drink. The drinks are too watery and all ice. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Honestly, I wish I used Uber Eats so that I could get all my money back but I picked my drinks in person so I cannot but you all, save your money!

I like the options they have for tea and toppings. You'll get variety of tea and other cold beverages.Atmosphere is kinda good. Service is good too, but I felt a lil rude behavior from one of the cashiers there. Overall it's a cute place to hangout and talk over tea.

Got a large taro milk tea with bubbles and it was $10 which is crazy and didn't even taste that good. 10 freaking dollars. Bubbles tasted weird and weren't chewy at all. Same drink at O.Hime tasted better in every way possible and was cheaper.
