Today I meet very odd experience.A person who sit in this store told me directly we are not hiring, we just go there to enjoy the vibe but he mistaken us and also after that when we are ordering he just shouted by sitting on the table with his friend that It is just for take-out. Very bad human-nature this is.

Owner is the worst guy yelling at customer, sitting inside drinking and behaves very bad with the customer. This kind of behaviour is intolerable altho the chef was quite polite. Worst experience, losing their customer in the same hand.

My husband was just at your store and asked for a slice. The owners left the pizza in the oven far too long and it was overcooked. He asked both the owner and a younger worker if the pizza is always this overcooked with the edges all burnt and the owner said yes it’s fine and the younger worker straight up ignored him.Finally the owner agreed to giving him another slice and that slice that was cold.Don’t be so cheap and show paying customers a bit more respect.

A great place to go for a salad and pizza. My parents and I came here for dinner. We ordered a Caesar salad and a large arugula prosciutto to split between us. We thought we’d have leftovers but finished everything off! The crust is light and delicious. We will definitely be back!

Enjoy your pizza while the rest of the mall employees inhale gas fumes from the pizza oven which is not being run properly which are life threatening.

I don't know how they get away with calling themselves "gourmet". The crust, sauce, and cheese are completely uninspired, just look at the pictures you can tell.I tried their gluten free pizza and it was difficult to finish the slice, better off making it at home with pizza flour from Bulk Barn or frozen Pizza Oggi.
The arugula bocconcini pizza is one of the best pizzas you can get in the Waterloo area! The ingredients are fresh and the sauce is good! And the staff have always been friendly.
