The most amazing pretzel I’ve ever eaten in my life!!! Fluffy on the inside and perfectly crisp and buttery on the outside. The staff is so friendly too. It was my first time exploring st Jacob’s farmers market and this shop was the highlight of my trip.

Pretzel was soft and the salt flavor was not overpowering. Didn't try the sweet or the dips.
Staff was busy but it was like an assembly line. Everyone did their duties well and team work was excellent. Saw plenty of communication and help out when one is stuck.
Taste is a 10 out of 10. Way better than the chain pretzel store.

This pretzel place completely redefines how good a pretzel can be! Definitely worth the drive from downtown Toronto just for breakfast. I know it sounds crazy, but even on our second visit—straight from the hotel around 8 a.m.—there were still long lines. The regular pretzel is buttery, soft, and so aromatic that you finish it before you even realize. This will definitely be my go-to spot every time I’m here. note : cash only.

Always busy here, but it's one of the main reasons why we come here. I never knew pretzels could be this delicious. Buttery soft goodness. Never tried the cinnamon one, but I'm happy to keep coming back for the salted ones. It's the more popular choice and they continuously make a new batch every 5 minutes or so because it's that busy and popular. It's the perfect soft pretzel. These ladies are fast and efficient and good at what they do. They only take cash!
If you ever are craving for pretzels or visit st Jacob's farmers market, you must go to Grampa's soft pretzels. They serve the best pretzels I know. Although they only have two flavours, but hey, they are superb. But if you want to try it, try them now, cause with inflation, it's getting to be less and less affordable. I mean the pretzel is big but the prize tag is getting bigger. So if you want to try it, try it now.
