Hello it’s chirantan,
As mentioned earlier in the response to my review , you suggested that the object found in my burrito was a tomato stem; however, I do not agree with that assessment.

Based on the attached image, it does not appear to be a tomato stem. I have worked in the food industry and am familiar with the internal structure of vegetables. Additionally, one important point is that bones or cartilage are not easily breakable—this object shows clear bite marks on the top side, which would not be consistent with a tomato stem, as a tomato stem would break easily.

I also independently checked using AI tools, see picture for their opinion so don’t fool anyone

This is not the first time I have ordered or picked up food from your restaurant.

However, this experience was very unpleasant and has left me feeling uncomfortable about eating a burrito from your restaurant again.

I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be properly reviewed.

I am writing to report a very serious and distressing issue with an order I received today.
I ordered from uber and it was clearly listed as vegetarian/healthy food through Uber Eats.
My wife, who is 7 months pregnant, ate just two bites of this food and then discovered meat inside the dish. We are strict vegetarians for religious reasons, and consuming meat is completely unacceptable for us.
Shortly after eating, my wife began experiencing severe vomiting and fever. Given her pregnancy, this situation caused us extreme fear and stress, and it has directly affected her health and well-being. It is very difficult to put into words how alarming this experience was for our family.
This is not a small mistake—it is a serious food safety and quality failure, especially considering the health risks involved and the religious sensitivity. Such negligence could have had even more severe consequences.

I will never ever visit this place or order from here and never recommend anyone to visit

I don't understand whats wrong with the staff here.everytime I walk in to the store theres no smile on staff faces.,not just one I experienced this for four times..they don't greet the customers at all...and they are always rude with their answers if asked something.
Just because I love the food I come here but staff makes me to choose some other mexican store from now on..! Sad.!

My husband just picked up a steak burrito bowl for me and I'm so surprised and happy. All the burrito bowls I've had so far from other places were painfully bland. The rice tastes like air and the meat was seasoned by someone that have a seasoning phobia. Not this place, though. The steak was beautifully seasoned and tasted amazing, everything tasted so good and the portion was generous. There was not a gap in the meal where I only got one ingredient, my fork got a mix of flavors every time. I hope they don't change these things for the worse with time. I will only order from here if I want a steak burrito bowl in the future. Thank you for the people who cooked and prepared it.

One of the dirtiest restaurants I've seen in a long time.

The entire food production area behind the counter was disgusting. The ladles sitting on top of the hot food containers to portion out beans and proteins were caked with dried/burned food and had obviously been the same ladles used all day.

The beverage cooler behind the counter had food/liquid splashed all over the front glass. The counters were in the same condition.

The worst part was, there was a phone charger plugged into a wall outlet with the cord draping into one of the food containers that had food in it in the cold top!

I was in food service for 17 years and know first hand what public health looks for when inspecting a kitchen and know without a shadow of a doubt that this place would have failed their inspection.

Do better, people are going to get sick.

went there at 10:15 pm. The store closes at 11:30 pm, but the girl said dine-in was already closed, even though it was only 10:15 pm. Not expecting this and she should inform us before ordering.

Been a regular customer here from last 4-5 months(I visit at least twice a week loll)
Never disappointed, always amazing, the best Burrito bowl place here in Waterloo..

And a special thanks to Amisha, she mostly works on the time when I walk in and yeah she is amazing.,

Will be a regular here as I am lazy guy who can't cook 🤣. But yeah jokes aside I can definitely say this as the best Burrito place and staff in the area.
