The staff is really unprofessional and the cleanliness levels are horrible. The staff is using AirPods while working which is so not an indicator of good customer service.
Order a burrito bowl from Guac on University and it had a hard piece of black plastic in it.

Ordered two sets of three soft tacos through Door Dash and instead of tacos, we were given two burritos of unknown contents, no receipt of what the order should have been.
