Most recommended restaurant in Waterloo for Pho though I still have to try it but I had a chance to try their banh mi. The only reason I went there because I was craving one and my favourite place beside it LA La bake shop was sold out. To start off it came to about 10-11$ but when I saw the size the first wave of disappointment hit, as it was the smallest banh mi I ever saw. Meat I ordered was grilled pork and it was really smoky and charred flavour which I liked but it was a little dry meat. Excellent pickled carrots and radish inside and baguette was nice too. Overall it was a above average banh mi but I have had better for sure at this price. Will edit when I will have a chance to try their pho.

The server I had was great at answering any questions I had regarding the menu, ingredients used and how some dishes were prepared.
My favourites were the spring rolls, pad Thai and the banh xeo! 10/10 recommend this place!

Easily the best pho in Waterloo! Everything comes out hot and fast, and the service is consistently friendly. I had the classic rare beef pho, and the meat was super tender.
