First time going there. I got the trio+ sub. The person who took my order was super helpful to explain the options. I love how the sub is super tightly rolled. It's like it's a wrap but it's a sub! Super delicious! There are only two booth to sit at, so this is more of a take away deli.

Good subs! I wish they would offer an alternative bread if you don't like sesame seeds though.

Amazing sub. Had a free to play arcade cabinet as well. Friendly service, cool atmosphere. Easily one of the best subs I’ve ever had. Will absolutely visit again. And the price is right - about average for a sub, maybe a little more but I would easily pay more than I did today for that sub. Incredible.

My first time to Harper’s I got the Trio. It was tasty and the bread was excellent. However, if I am comparing them to the competition the price is way too expensive.

For deli sandwiches you have Jimmy’s Feed Co which is much cheaper and similar quality. You can get two sandwiches for the price of one at Harpers.

Then you are also getting compared to Jersey Mike’s in the $20 range. I can get a giant sub there which is much larger and has the same quality ingredients.

I am not disappointed in the product just the price. There is a sweet spot between Jimmy’s and Jersey Mikes where your prices should land to give your customers better value.

Awesome staff!

I grew up in a family that ran a successful restaurant in Kitchener for 27 years, which my parents eventually sold when they retired. One of our secrets to success was putting an emphasis on customer service. If you can't treat your customers like you want them to return, then what do you really have?

I'm amazed at how the staff of Harper's Deli actually treat customers like they appreciate their business. A small thing like that is hard to find these days, but it goes a long way in earning repeat business.

Great job!
