Visited Harvey’s around 11pm tonight and was disappointed by how short-staffed the location was. There was only one or maybe two staff members in the entire store handling everything, Food was good and the staff was super nice as usual. It isn’t very pleasant because this location usually runs much smoother. Management needs to schedule more help, especially during peak hours. This is not the service I expect from Harvey’s.
Commercial says they will grill it while you wait. Thats not true anymore. At least not at this location. They 3/4 cook them ahead of time and then stack them. When you place your order they throw it on the grill for 30 seconds and call it fresh. Disappointing compared how they used to cook it fresh while you waited. If you want an actual freshly cooked burger go down the street 2 blocks.

I recently visited Harvey’s and ran into an issue with the app—my digital coupon wouldn’t load properly during checkout. It was frustrating at first, especially since I was looking forward to using one of their great in-app deals.
But I have to give a big shout-out to the lady(maanveer)at the counter—she was incredibly understanding and helpful, gave me a discount on the order manually. It’s that kind of customer service that keeps me coming back.
The food was fresh (as always!), and the team made sure my experience was a good one, even with the tech hiccup. Much appreciated!

Came to the drive-thru at night, and a guy named Aayush made my order exactly as I asked him to, and it was so delicious. Nice service. Definitely coming again.
We ordered a two can dine on the app, we selected our toppings accordingly of what was available on the app. Only 1 burger had cheese. Our order was picked up at the drive though after it was ready. When we got our burgers, my burger which had some extra toppings looked like someone just hand grabbed the toppings and carelessly threw it on the bun and patty, sauce sprayed everywhere. It was a nasty mess and messy to eat at work and i got the cheese and my friend's burger did not. My friend's burger had half her toppings missing, i think i know where her toppings went......i called the store and was told the manager would call back but got no call back. Also our burgers were cold and just gross. Employees of Harveys, how freaking difficult is it to READ a list?? You literally have to read a list and place in order or accordingly. We will not be returning here anymore and i've advise my entire company not to get food from here. Too bad.

Brutal. Just left there from drive thru. Gave us fries instead of onion rings. Got that fixed at window. Then leave and they forgot straws. Went into the restaurant to get straws. Start eating burger- they put hot peppers on it. I can’t feel my tongue. The restaurant had nobody there. No reason for such bad service.

Came through drive thru today evening,overall the experience was very bad.the sandwich was made incorrectly and also we asked for condiments,the girl in the window said she did put that in the bag!!we asked her twice and she was in an attitude though. And there was no ketchups in the bag too.. Harvey’s please make sure employees are treating guest correctly
