Came through drive thru today evening,overall the experience was very bad.the sandwich was made incorrectly and also we asked for condiments,the girl in the window said she did put that in the bag!!we asked her twice and she was in an attitude though. And there was no ketchups in the bag too.. Harvey’s please make sure employees are treating guest correctly

Umm … what? This is supposed to be vanilla shake. Not even close to full and the colour is weird and yellow. Tastes like it was sitting in the walk in freezer and not “handspun”

Haven’t been to this Harvey’s since I was in grade 9 (close to 13 years ago now). Prices have definitely gone up in that time, but I’ll gladly pay the price if it means still being able to get a great burger from a great Canadian chain.
