I was just here today and i looked in the back and saw the guy making food had no gloves on. And i just shrugged it off, but after i got my food the guy went to the bathroom and then came back and still didnt wash his hands and just started making food. If i could give this place 0 stars i would. So disgusting.

Tried Harveys for the first time, lots of topping options food was fresh and hot. The staff was Friendly and nice. Will be coming back
Visited Harvey’s around 11pm tonight and was disappointed by how short-staffed the location was. There was only one or maybe two staff members in the entire store handling everything, Food was good and the staff was super nice as usual. It isn’t very pleasant because this location usually runs much smoother. Management needs to schedule more help, especially during peak hours. This is not the service I expect from Harvey’s.
Commercial says they will grill it while you wait. Thats not true anymore. At least not at this location. They 3/4 cook them ahead of time and then stack them. When you place your order they throw it on the grill for 30 seconds and call it fresh. Disappointing compared how they used to cook it fresh while you waited. If you want an actual freshly cooked burger go down the street 2 blocks.

I recently visited Harvey’s and ran into an issue with the app—my digital coupon wouldn’t load properly during checkout. It was frustrating at first, especially since I was looking forward to using one of their great in-app deals.
But I have to give a big shout-out to the lady(maanveer)at the counter—she was incredibly understanding and helpful, gave me a discount on the order manually. It’s that kind of customer service that keeps me coming back.
The food was fresh (as always!), and the team made sure my experience was a good one, even with the tech hiccup. Much appreciated!
