Such an unprofessional people working in here I ordered two sandwiches. None of them was buffalo and with the onion rings and the thing they gave me was a buffalo chicken and fries instead of my original order employees don’t wear gloves, no hygiene and they are having an attitude. So please be careful before going into the store.

I had always ordered from Harvey’s before but it was a first time experience of visiting their store.
They had an offer going on for 2 for $8 for burgers and we order those. Best part was that you can add whatever veggies and sauces you want and it was fun as I like more toppings and it was just like subway.
Burgers were really nice and filling for the price we paid and also large fries were really good and fresh. The staff was very friendly.
So I am not the kind to post reviews cause I work at a restaurant myself. But today was hilarious. I went to Harvey's like 10 mnts ago cause we were pretty hungry. Two ladies looked a lil old were standing at the counter I gave my order of buffalo chicken burger. The burger with the party came in 30 seconds MIND YOU.. 30 SECOND OR 1 MINUTE AT MAX. AND I asked the short lady making it if it's fresh she said that we keep some stock ready cause it's kinda busy here I said okay. Understandable. We told the sauces and everything, when we got the burger we realised it's entirely cold. NOT FRESH AT ALL I spoke to the lady who was making it that it's cold. She told me I LOOKED LIKE AN UBER PERSON. LIKE HOW IS THAT EVEN RELATABLE TO MY ORDER ? SHE SAID THATS WHY WE HEAT IT UP FOR 30 SECOND ONLY . And thn she said THE CUSTOMER HAS TO TELL US IF THEY WANT FRESH PATTY AND BURGER THN ONLY WE MAKE IT .. WHATTTTTT???????????????????? The other lady joined and she said we will make a new one I said it's ok I just wanted to let you know thn they were both just saying nonsense like - it's the customers duty to tell us if they can wait otherwise we heat the already ready one and serve it which takes us 5 minutes. THIS IS THE CATCHING POINT.. THE SHORT ONE SAID 30 SECOND AND THE TALL ONE SAID 5 MNTS.. I told them EXACTLY.. YOU DID IT IN 30 SECONDS AND ITS COLD . THN THE OTHER LADY TO COVER UP SAID YAYA 30 SECOND TO 1 MINUTE. I WASNT GOUNG TO PUT THIS REVIEW BUT THE CONVERSATION WAS SO DUMB. AND THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER. I HAVE VISITED HARVEY'S BEFORE A LOT WE ARE A REGULAR THERE BUT THIS TIME IT WAS CRAZY. IS IT A DHABA OR A REDDY STALL AT THE ROAD THAT THEY BEHAVED LIKE THIS? ALSO, if something messes up . There's a way to let the customer know that why it is the way it is and I understand customer service can be a headache too. But they just seemed non caring. Too much into gossips (I called them thrice when I wanted to address the issue) they were talking and didn't even notice someone is behind. Anyway. I hope this reaches the management. They are not kids who are learning to serve.. they are old enough to know how to deal with issues like this but they just didn't seem to actually care. Thanks.
