Food is always cold when I eat here. Burgers taste freezer burnt and have zero flavour. Poutine never has enough gravy. Disappointed.

I work down the street and 3x I've got pouting, one regular and the 2nd time buffalo chicken, 3rd time frings. All 3 x the fries were undercooked, I was mortified to see individual plastic wrapped cheese curds for each poutine what a waste, the cheese didn't hardly melt and the buffalo chicken tasted like vinegar and they were chunks of grisly bits thrown in...disgusting, the staff looked like robots that could care less and one was eating at a table

Mid. Half the time the food is amazing the other half not so much. I’ve had some good food, but some of my friends have been served raw chicken and moldy buns on multiple occasions. I’ve personally had one encounter with a moldy bun but I’ve been here about 20 times. Just gets the job done on campus.

I went to get there to buy a veggie burger around 6 pm on Feb 8th,2023 ( to indicate which worker was making hamburgers at that time). The staff that had shift that time treated to me in very mean manner. I didn’t understand what she said at the first place and she looked at me like that I am stupid and make me feel embarrassed around other students. She were not wiling to explain and help to me. I got the veggie burger and it was dry and burned. It tasted burnt so couldn’t eat. Very disappointed that this place is in my university !
