I visit this location imfrequently, yet the swrvice here nevwr disappoints. Friendly and patient staff who always make the burgers neat (unlike the mess we often get at a lot of other burger places). They keep the dining area clean, and are always polite. Great job everyone, keep it up!

Got the 2 original burgers deal, they were cold and so dry that it tasted like dog food. I clearly got a premade paddy that wasn't even re-heated. They were not busy, there wasn't a single person in the restaurant. I didn't notice till I got home and just disassembled and heated the patty in the oven. THE WORST Harvey's I have ever been to. So grossed out i am now completely turned off. I won't be back.

I recently visited a Harvey’s that’s a bit farther from home, and I was honestly really impressed. The staff were super friendly and knew exactly how to make a great burger. When I asked for extra sauce, they added just the right amount — a few extra lines for flavor, not drenched like the one closer to my house, the location in front of Bingemans.
The burgers were neatly made, tasted great, and the staff communicated really well. You can tell they take pride in their work. Definitely worth the extra drive!

Mobile orders work very well & are the ultimate for customizing the fresh burger toppings. My wife loves the onion rings. My daughter-in-law the fries. My 18 month grand-daughter the nuggets with ranch dipping sauce. Everyone the burgers (sometimes more than 1 when there’s a good offer in the app, like now).

The professionalism of the young lady working Drive-Thru on July 10th, 2025 was vastly superior to other Harvey's location (@ King & Weber) which I had visited earlier that evening.
The young lady completed my order accurately and served it in a very fresh, hot, state. The staff at this location deserve to be recognized for their excellence.

Terrible service and the employees there have no clue as to what they are doing. Messed up order twice and had no idea on how to pack the take out. They even put the poutine in the bag on its side! Hello gravy! also when they were making it the first time all they did was put the fries in and nothing else. Glad we were watching what they were doing as it looked like they may have been trying to rip us off. I do not recommend this location at all.

This location is clean and friendly and I have started to go there as I work on my car close to it. I am a frequent Harvey’s customer and know all of the ones in KW Cambridge. This location is the only one who can not seem to toast a bun. I always order my bun double toasted. Some burn the bun, some do it perfectly, and this one doesn’t even toast it adequately and ignores my request. I understand there is no button and it requires a verbal request for this to be done, but I always point this out to ensure they remember once my whole order is in. This review is not to blast anyone as I love Harvey’s always have always will. Hope this feedback helps increase an amazing location.
Vegetarian options: The Harvey’s veggie burger is the best hands down!! That and a side salad if having mustard instead of sauces and diet drink can be as little as 450 calories.
