Mobile orders work very well & are the ultimate for customizing the fresh burger toppings. My wife loves the onion rings. My daughter-in-law the fries. My 18 month grand-daughter the nuggets with ranch dipping sauce. Everyone the burgers (sometimes more than 1 when there’s a good offer in the app, like now).

The professionalism of the young lady working Drive-Thru on July 10th, 2025 was vastly superior to other Harvey's location (@ King & Weber) which I had visited earlier that evening.
The young lady completed my order accurately and served it in a very fresh, hot, state. The staff at this location deserve to be recognized for their excellence.

Terrible service and the employees there have no clue as to what they are doing. Messed up order twice and had no idea on how to pack the take out. They even put the poutine in the bag on its side! Hello gravy! also when they were making it the first time all they did was put the fries in and nothing else. Glad we were watching what they were doing as it looked like they may have been trying to rip us off. I do not recommend this location at all.

Parking: There are only 2 reserved spots for Harvey’s and all the other spots in the parking lot are usually full because of browns social house

This location is clean and friendly and I have started to go there as I work on my car close to it. I am a frequent Harvey’s customer and know all of the ones in KW Cambridge. This location is the only one who can not seem to toast a bun. I always order my bun double toasted. Some burn the bun, some do it perfectly, and this one doesn’t even toast it adequately and ignores my request. I understand there is no button and it requires a verbal request for this to be done, but I always point this out to ensure they remember once my whole order is in. This review is not to blast anyone as I love Harvey’s always have always will. Hope this feedback helps increase an amazing location.
Vegetarian options: The Harvey’s veggie burger is the best hands down!! That and a side salad if having mustard instead of sauces and diet drink can be as little as 450 calories.

Stopped by Harvey’s last week, expecting a quick bite, the food was good but the place was ridiculously understaffed, with only two employees trying to handle everything. Bothe the employees were friendly and doing their best they even apologized but the wait time was ridiculous for a fast food spot. I get that there was many customers but it was nothing compared to other restaurants or even Harvey’s I have been to.
The dining area was also a mess probably because there weren’t enough staff to keep up.
I get that staffing issues happen, but if a fast food place can’t deliver food in a reasonable time, it defeats the purpose. Definitely not worth the wait.

We stopped at Harvey's in St. Jacobs before my son's hockey game and had a great meal with excellent hospitality. The staff was friendly, and I was especially grateful when I realized I'd lost my purse during the tournament. Mittal at Harvey's had found it and tried several times to reach me and kept it safe until I returned. Her attentiveness and care made all the difference, and I truly appreciate her honesty. Thank you for taking such good care of my belongings!

This review is primarily focused on one occasion with the staff at this location.
While I was eagerly waiting to enjoy my burger and poutine at a table, this Indian guy, the manager I assume, stood towards me for a few minutes. Had no idea what he was doing, but it felt awkward to eat with some dude standing uncomfortably towards me.
Finally bothered to look up, and he was also looking up..... at the TV, which was conveniently mounted right above me. I asked him if he was about to watch something. "It's for you", he replied in a joking way.
AHAHAHAHAHA no.
Yeah that's not funny. I told him I didn't need TV but don't think he heard. He didn't even think of apologizing, let alone recognizing that he was in my personal space. The guy not only continued to configure the TV, but also brought along his wife, or Indian friend, or whatever to stand towards me. Great. They obviously wanted to watch TV.
I didn't finish my poutine and left immediately.

It was my first visit to the Harvey's on the Northbridge side, and I found it to be a pleasant experience. The place wasn't busy, it was well-maintained and clean, with plenty of parking available. The staff were friendly, and I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch, which tasted great. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone in the area.
