We have been going here for years. Since the new owners took over the prices have gone up, and the portions have gotten smaller. There seems to be less staff working, and wait times are longer. The bathrooms used to always be clean, not so much now. This used to be the only place we'd go to eat, now we're trying other restaurants. The wait staff are lovely, but spread too thin

So, after being a VERY LOYAL customer for 13 years I was sad going in today as it is NO LONGER operating by the FAMILY who ran everything for over 30 years. Today is one of my last days in Ontario, I wanted to feel that family restaurant LOVE 1 more time & they HAD that charisma. Today, the food was the same (ish), the service was adequate, I NO LONGER felt that warm welcome, the desert display walking in was a disgrace and with half of 1 cake on display. It's a Saturday,...

Just had brunch here today. The food was tasty, plentiful and reasonably priced based on good quality & quantity. The only issue we had was the waiter who was too fast to move on and a touch cold. We won’t name her name but she walks around like she owns the place and thinks she is special. She doesn’t. It’s just an open area dining room that doesn’t have much atmosphere but it was clean as well as the rest rooms. Not sure if we really felt welcome and may not be back…....
