The staff girl yesterday 4pm was such an irresponsible person. i ordered my tiffin in advance and she didn't pack it. after that when i reached over there she packed it.so there is no meaning of advance order. Furthermore,she did not pack completely and my whole order slightly open.so it create mess by mixing all curries and rice,and all things spread to whole polyethylene bag.and i did not get proper food,it was waste of money due to carelessness.

So the food was delicious but the thing was i ordered a tiffin and springroll And the cashier refused me dine-in. The reason was that you can only get tiffin for takeout. But i ordered other item as well(spring roll)...then she told me you can only eat spring roll here and not tiffin. How is that possible. Can't i have my whole meal at once. Not satisfied Pls make sure you rectify this.

Ordered the steamed momos and a tiffin with palak paneer and kadhi pakora, expecting something halfway decent. What I got? A TOTAL DISASTER
The momos were practically a scam—just chewy, tasteless dough with a hint of what I think was filling. If I wanted to gnaw on rubber, I’d have chewed a shoe. And that garlic chutney? It wasn’t just sour—it was practically a biohazard.
The palak paneer was another joke. Ordered it expecting spinach? Ha! Instead, I got a greenish mystery sludge that tasted like cilantro and chickpea paste mixed in a blender. Is it too much to ask for actual spinach?
And the kadhi pakora? Oh, don’t get me started. Those sad little lumps looked half-cooked, floating in a thin, watery mess that might as well have been dishwater.
Bravo, Hometaste Waterloo, you've achieved a new level of incompetence!
People, Save yourself the trauma and go literally anywhere else. This place is the culinary equivalent of a bad prank.
