Every time I visit iDarts Waterloo I have an amazing time. Especially the customer service from Bettina, she’s always kind and friendly. I’m now a frequent customer and love her customer service specifically. She’s definitely great at her job!!

always closing early even on weekends. i dont recommend this city for any nights out. so unprofessional. if you’re constantly closing early, change your business hours

Overall it is a nice place could use some new pool cue's as 90% of them are bent , and better music it felt a bit like a library. Overall it's a nice place good service good staff.
The place is not worth it. The staff lady (bettina) was rude and unfriendly, it was a friend's birthday and we had to immediately leave

Amazing place, been a regular for a little while and is my favourite place to play pool for a very decent price. Service is amazing and food is hot and delicious. The best behind the bar is definitely Alessia. Will definitely keep coming back. :)
