We had a very good experience ordering for 300+ people and everyone enjoyed the food. Organizing such a large order can be incredibly challenging and we're so grateful to Eddie, Sarah and their team for being so cooperative throughout the process. I eat jimmy the Greek quite regularly and stopped by this location today for the first time. The portions are terrible at this location and once I seen the price of the meal I changed my mind and went else where. Plenty of options in the mall and if you continue to charge top dollar without a decent size portion you won't be in business long.

I have tested many foods in the mall but non of them is comparable to Jimmy. I visit here regularly and always had good experience. Warm and polite staff particularly Michelle in the evening is so kind and always takes orders carefully and fast.

Gave this place 3 chances… first 2 times we’re ok but they still barely put any salad,rice, and potato’s, just went there today and I willl never go to this location again, your raised your prices and you give less food it’s pathetic, this store is insanely penny pinching! they think they’re saving money by giving less of everything when in reality your losing your customers!! I love jimmy the Greek and have visited many locations but wooow your portions are embarrassing to us customers seriously… and the women at the front is rude, I asked for extra red onion and was giving a dirty look? Seriously ? Pathetic employee’s and location if you people want jimmy the Greek go to the Kitchener location at least you get your moneys worth and good customer service, never going back here again. 0 stars your lucky your even getting 1 star from me !!
The portion is pretty good. The potatos are not completely cooked. The salad is great and the salmon is good tately. Slightly overcooked. In general I enjoyed the food.

My experience was fantastic! I ordered catering for 40 people and they loved it. Not one complaint! Doing business with this establishment was a pleasure. The food was outstanding and plentiful. Everything was so organized, I didn't have to worry about a thing. I will definitely be using the catering service again without hesitation. Thank you Sarah and Eddie!

If I could give more stars I would. Jimmy's was able to accommodate our office function. We ordered catering for our corporate lunch. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

Guy working the front has no sense of customer service. Treated the whole interaction as if it was a chore. I get it, I work in retail and it can be exhausting. There's absolutely no excuse for this guy to be working front when someone in the back probably has better customer service skills. There's a reason the Greek food spots always end up closing in the food court. Don't treat customers like they're pests and maybe your business will be successful.
