Went to kelseys early this year ( January/February) for the wing night on Thursdays after watching an advertisement. Since then, i have attended every Thursday since as the staff at the waterloo kelseys is unbelievable and has the best service. Specifically , Anika and Tim are the servers I ensure serve me and my family and friends. They are not only great at service, they also remember your order every week so when you attend, they are on it once you sit down. I will be attending Kelseys weekly as long as Anika and Tim are serving me. Because of them, i will also be referring my baseball team and work colleagues to attend kelseys and to specifically ask for them!

My wife and i enjoyed the food and service at Kelsey's in Waterloo. We especially enjoyed the temperature in the restaurant which was warm. Too many restaurants in the summer keep the inside temp very cold.

Sat in bar area . Ordered the spinach dip (AMAZING) and the mushroom burger also amazing. Server was attentive and great !

Victor was an excellent server! Very kind and good at his job. Food was yummy! Obviously a bit noisy as it's also a family restaurant on a Friday, but solid! We love Kelsey's.
