We were escorted to our table by a very kind gentleman and given menus. After waiting 15 minutes without any service, I asked a staff member clearing a nearby table if someone could take our order, and she kindly agreed. Unfortunately, another 10 minutes passed with no one attending to us, so we decided to leave without eating. This was, by far, the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had.

Gursher was the man! In a world where customer service has fallen by the way side, Gursher was a breath of fresh air. Polite, informative, and hilarious. Overall a fantastic experience. Will certainly be back thanks to the experience Gursher provided!

I had the best nachos at Kelseys Original Roadhouse! They were perfectly loaded with fresh toppings, lots of melted cheese, and great flavor in every bite. The portion size was generous, making it perfect to share. The chips were crispy, and the toppings were well balanced with salsa, sour cream, and other delicious ingredients.

👎Poor. I visited last autumn for my birthday. I ordered the bacon wrapped filet and wings and sweet potato fries meal. The bacon was grey and 90% fat, the filet was under cooked from what I ordered, and the fries were burnt. Terrible all around in terms of the food. I won’t be going back.
The company reached out to me to follow up about this poor experience. But since nothing came out of them reaching out, my feeling and grievance still stands.
The corporate customer service is worse than their front line customer service.

Went for my daughter's birthday. Ordered the spinach dip. Was way too hot , burned the top of my mouth really good. Blistered. Kinda ruined the rest of my meal. Should have a warning or not heated so hot.

My husband and I attended this Kelsey's on Valentine's Day for a much needed date night! Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly host, who took us to our booth and let us know our server Victor will be with us shortly. We opted for the Valentine's dinner for 2 special and it was fantastic - each item was delicious, including the funnel cake fries. However, the highlight of our visit was our server, Victor. He was so attentive (but not too much), genuinely sincere, warm hearted and professional. He made sure we were happy and looked after every step of the way. I truly wish every server was as great as Victor is! My hope is that he is recognized within the restaurant for his great service.

Went just after opening on a Saturday, we started off with a couple Caesars, with optional spice level. We had medium and they were great. Spin dip appetizer to die for. Great service :)

The Thai lettuce wraps were amazing! I hope people are ready for a bit of heat though, as the Thai sauce obviously contains chili flakes. The dish also comes with a delicious dipping sauce on the side . The beef was crunchy , tossed in a bit of a crumb coating , which I first thought was unusual but I actually didn't mind it . Will definitely be back to try out some other dishes!!

We came with a large group (hockey team) and lu ch went surprisingly smooth! Orders came in good timing and bills were organized by families even though we didn't all sit together. Friendly & calm staff :)
