We invited our friends to join us at Kelsey's for dinner last evening, just to celebrate life. The whole evening was quite wonderful, even though it's a sports bar and was fairly noisy. The food was great, lots of selection on the menu and we enjoyed all of it. The only suggestion I would have for the wait staff is to make sure there is enough time between the appetizer and the main course. We felt quite rushed and did not have time to finish our shared appetizer before...

Went to kelseys early this year ( January/February) for the wing night on Thursdays after watching an advertisement. Since then, i have attended every Thursday since as the staff at the waterloo kelseys is unbelievable and has the best service. Specifically , Anika and Tim are the servers I ensure serve me and my family and friends. They are not only great at service, they also remember your order every week so when you attend, they are on it once you sit down. I will be attending...

My wife and i enjoyed the food and service at Kelsey's in Waterloo. We especially enjoyed the temperature in the restaurant which was warm. Too many restaurants in the summer keep the inside temp very cold.
