Make sure you are on vacation before ordering from here. Cauz it takes them forever to make a chicken sandwich. I waited more than 50 mins to get a zinger sandwich. It’s not a one time thing, its always like this. Staff is just wasting time. It doesn’t matter if its 2 workers or 50 workers working at a time, they’ll still manage to keep you waiting for a longgg longg time!

Went to get the Pickled Box menu. When trying the pepsi it did not taste like pickle at all. Asked the person at the drive thru if this us supposed to be the pickled Pepsi. Sje said that is not actually with pickle and just a promotion with the box via cup. INCORRECT! Upon googling that is not true. There should be pickle brine in the pepsi.
Do not go here if you wish to try the pickle menu out at its fullest.

Best KFC I had in 17 years of my life. The chicken has strong kfc flavour,fried to crisp on the outside , with a moist and perfectly cooked chicken in the inside. They even seasoned the fries!!!! It is also newly renovated with bright space and the workers are really nice, patiently helping my non English speaker uncle navigate the order. After graduating and moving back to Markham I’ll definitely drive my way back here to have the BEST KFC. LOVE this KFC with a passion ❤️

Update... After getting a call from head office regarding the issues lately I thought I would try again, foolish me!! I ordered for delivery and was sent a message saying your ok with chicken tenders right? I replied no thank you, so they canceled my order. Find another location after waiting no thanks. I truly don't understand why a chicken restaurant cannot supply chicken to customers!?!?!
I had an issue with this location a week ago, so I contacted customer service before leaving a poor review. I received a reply that the manager would get back to me, but no word yet. Though I would love some chicken now, I refuse to support a restaurant that doesn't care about its customers.

Was just there, I had something I was in a hurry for and went through the drive through. I was told to wait out front, waited 5 min and 47 seconds, then went in and said that I had to go and that they owed me 4 soft taco supreme and 2 chicken sandwich and I would be back tomorrow. Im assuming it was the manager, he got confrontational and told me I had to wait longer and had to give my info, I informed him I was recording him and had proof that I paid by credit card and had video. He was still confrontational and told me I better do what he said. UPDATE. now day 2, went in and asked for the food they owed me, they refused. They said that they dont know me and I could be lying. I guess they take alot of money and dont give food to alot of people to have me confused with someone else. They must rip alot of people off.

The wait is NOT worth it at all. I waited over an hour for a delivery order and they are so disrespectful they will have delivery drivers waiting on them in store for over an hour... its extremely ridiculous. Ive actually never waited longer for an order before...not even GROCERIES. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. 0/10. Dont recommend.

The most disgusting, revolting, soul-crushing fast food experience of my entire life. This KFC is not just bad—it’s a complete insult to the concept of food. I ordered the value meal for two for $12, and what I got felt like a punishment. The chicken was SOAKED IN OIL, “““““““ DRENCHED IN SALT”””””””, fried with the skin still on. The fries? Some still had potato skin on, others tasted like they were dug out of a trash can from 15 days ago. No ketchup. No cutlery. No napkins. No respect. No manners. The staff made me wait 35 minutes for this garbage, and when it finally came, it wasn’t even warm. This restaurant is a disgrace, a stain on the KFC name, an “embarrassment to the world of fast food”. The only thing that earned even 0.01% of what I expected was the popcorn chicken—and even that barely escaped being thrown in the trash. Everything else? Not worth zero. If I could give a negative rating, I would. This place is so terrible it makes me question why KFC allows it to operate. I hope the owner reads this, cries, reflects, and shuts the whole place down out of sheer shame. I couldn’t eat anything except for the popcorn chicken. I threw everything else in the trash, I didn’t want to make my dogs sick either. Please don’t waste your time, your money, or your taste buds here. Walk 2 minutes to the nearby McDonald's and save yourself from this absolute horror

Placed an order for pickup which included two of their sliders. When I realized they had forgotten to pack the sliders, I called them and the manager explained that he did not know what to do and refused to provide a refund. Waste of money.
