1 star for slow service. Extremely busy during peak times so I came back at 9pm. Waited 20-30 mins in line at the drive through. Chicken was too salty.

Terrible experience. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:23 PM. I arrived on time and was told to wait another 10–15 minutes. When I returned at 6:50 PM, the staff claimed they had been calling my name, which was not true. Then they said it would take another 30 minutes.Completely disorganized and unprofessional service. No honesty, no proper communication, and no respect for customers’ time. I had to cancel my order because I was not willing to wait any longer. Extremely disappointing experience.

Min 20 min wait to get chicken. Absolutely pathetic. Thought I would give it another chance after the last brutal experience. I see there has been no improvement. If you can't handle the volume get out of business. Not even sure why I'm posting because nobody even cares enough to give an explanation.

My worst KFC experience ever.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
I placed an order and called to pick it up, but somebody said they dont have it. I asked how I could get my money back, and she told me I should talk to my bank because they don’t issue refunds! then the staff member hung up on me.
When I went to the store to see her and ask why she acted that way, her coworker said she is on break. I asked for her name, but they wouldn’t tell me — they just said “sorry.”

I used to go here all the time in as a teenager. Its gone increasingly down hill in the past years. Today was the final straw. I wont be returning. After finishing groceries I was hoping for a quick bite to eat.

When I pulled into the driveway line there were 2 cars in front of me and the one at the window was cursing at the closed drive through window. Not a promising sign. The interior is practically empty of customers. Drive through attendant blames online orders. It took me 32 minutes from ordering to receive my meal. I ate it on the way home because I was already feeling faint when I'd pulled up for food. Cold fries, cold chicken, room temperature salad that I threw out.

I do not care if there are skip orders flying in. If I order online I understand I may have to wait. If I'm going through a drive through I shouldn't have to shut my car off, and wait LONG AFTER THE RADIO SHUTS OFF to advance one car in the line. And after waiting such an insane amount of time the food should at the very least be fresh. Oh and on top if that, I had to remind them to put dips in the bag.

Get a shift manager on duty. Teach these kids to time and prioritize orders. Your food is too expensive nowadays for service this awful.

This store very good service and if you online order and they don’t give you value or pick up orders also not give you value and I saw there service pick up order at least one or half hour and this is not fair.

Very poor service and disorganized.

I work sometimes an Uber Eats driver and often come to pick up orders from this KFC at 391 Weber Street. The staff is unorganized, and I have had to cancel orders multiple times because of extreme delays. One time they told me the order would be ready “soon,” then another time “15 more minutes.”

This constant confusion makes it impossible to know who to talk to, and it even affects my delivery rating. Supervisors scolding staff in front of drivers and customers makes it even worse. Honestly, Uber Eats drivers are not respected at this branch at all.
I also ask myself: if I were a regular customer, would I be treated the same way? Honestly, my answer is no — I don’t think so.
I hope management takes this seriously and improves both organization and service.

Very rude manager at night. Not give to me the order and not let the other staff to prepare it. We all human have to respect to each other he not respect the delivery workers.

Ordered a family bucket on Friday night through door dash. Order placed at 4:30 pm, Waited till 6:30 and order was still NOT ready. Had to cancel it and buy from another restaurant. Crazy slow.
