My order was supposed to be here at 6:42 pm. The driver got extremely lost and my order arrived at 7:11pm. The fries were cold, the chicken was soggy and not almost cold. I ordered corn as my side and an additional corn and neither came. This happen on January 27th. It is now January 30th and nothing has been done to rectify the situation. I have called more than once a day and requested a supervisor twice You can never reach anyone at the store, they never answer the phone. Calling customer service gets you nowhere because the store is a franchise they have to wait for the store before they can do anything. They advise you to call the store. Then customer service placates you in hopes you will abandon your complaint.

Extremely disrespectful customer service.

We were given wait times twice by your staff and followed them exactly. When we returned, instead of assistance, we were met with attitude. The manager(night) raised his voice, spoke over us, and refused to listen. A manager’s job is to resolve issues, not escalate them.

We waited patiently and spoke respectfully, yet were treated as if basic courtesy didn’t apply to us. Asking for an approximate wait time should never result in being shouted at.

This behavior is such a shame for brands like KFC and Taco Bell. Respect costs nothing, but it determines whether customers return. How you treat others will surely hits you back.

I ordered a deluxe sandwich… this is what i got
No Tomatoe, lettuce or pickles which the sandwich includes…
I ended up getting a second one!

Worst experience; staff is not good at all. They don’t care about waiting time at all and they don’t even tell customer about how long they have to wait for the order. Worst staff I have ever seen in kfc.
Please at least train your staff how to talk with customers and how to greet them. They don’t even know anything. So rude/ uninterested/ unprofessional/ they are.
Whosoever handles this location, please make sure to change your staff especially the manager( the girl with specs) she is too rude and don’t know much about customer service. It’s a humble request to the owner of this location.
