Bad service! One waitress providesLast time I went there with my friends, we ordered together but the dishes are not served after 40 mins. The chefs found that I was looking at their direction and asked me. I told them and they said they did not receive the order! They said they would make a new one for me, but found that it was took as a pick-up order! And the brought the cold dish to me. But the funnies thing was when I was waiting for the lobster roll after about half an hour, the waitress came and asked me how was everything with her typical horrifying fake smile! And she did not apologize at all!Two waitresses are not welcoming, unwilling to serve you. One time a waitress do not give you water after 15 mins. A waitress would not ask if you want more crispy for the claypot every time, and not bringing you ketchup when there are French fries. Also, she would not ask you when do you want to have the dessert when you ordered it at the same time with the main course.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I don’t typically come on here to complain, but holy smokes was our experience here an absolute disaster. Came in on the weekend before St. Paddy’s at around 8pm (place closes at 11) to celebrate my fiance getting into his choice PhD program earlier that day, and it was a huge mistake. The place was dead empty, and the young man who was serving us seemed like he had never serviced a table before. When we arrived we waited 30 minutes to get our water brought to the table, and when he finally brought it, he wasn’t ready to take our drink orders.With this in mind we decided to order our food with our drinks, keeping in mind that we would be waiting a while for our orders to be taken. When he eventually got there to take our order, the waiter took at least 2 minutes per person to listen to our order, consistently cut us off, and have to spell out everything in painstakingly long periods of time. All of us ordered the exact same thing, I don’t know what the issue was with speed.As we wait, folks come in and out of the place without getting spoken to by the waiter once they are seated. They eventually leave without saying anything after waiting for so long with no sign of when he’ll be around.I’ll save the details but we waited 1 hour 30 minutes for our food to come out, and he served our shots and drinks at the same time. My fiancé’s entire order was incorrect, from food to shots to his alcoholic drink. Make that make sense considering we all ordered the same things? Weird. Waiter wasn’t apologetic about the situation and tried to argue us on the order. Once that was determined and accepted by him, we waited at least another 45 minutes before he brought back the correct drink. We opted to have him keep the food for the sake of time as we knew it would be another hour before we got the correct dish at that rate.Once all was said and done, we were ready to head somewhere else to get another drink to try and improve this failed excuse of a celebratory night for a significant milestone in my fiancés life. We requested our bills at 11:15pm (after close because we had been sitting around waiting or the waiter to be present in the dining area). Finally when he came, he assumed our party of 5 was all on the one bill and when we requested them be separated it seemed like the end of the world. By the time we left it was nearly 12am.I really want to love this place as we are from the East Coast and love this places’ charm,But the drinks were lack luster and the service was quite literally the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. We all agreed on that. A huge milestone evening absolutely ruined because of our horrible service, and once we were gone all other places were far too packed or closed for us to enjoy.Based on this experience I would never recommend this place as much as I hate to say it. I am heartbroken because it has so much potential but this awful service and our ruined evening really is incomprehensible.

The food itself is pretty good, though the rice is a bit on the bland side. What really disappointed me was the lack of service. Had to ask for water like 15 minutes in and servers didn’t refill them once after handing us the tiny cups. Food also takes way too long to come, I’ve been here twice and had to wait way too long both times. Also found a hair in my rice one time, so was pretty disappointed. Really wanted to give this a better review but I can’t.

Yummy breakfast menu that is low priced (affordable) while being tasty and filling.The restaurant just started doing breakfast and they did a great job. I wish I had something like this around when I was in school since all of the coffee shops are normally packed in the morning.The restaurant has a separate area for people to sit with power receptacles for charging your laptop, wifi, and grab and go coffee. The breakfast items can also be taken to go. Good place for somewhere to meet up for a study group or individual work.It’s also a great spot for those working in the area who want to step out of the office to grab some food. I’m intrigued to try their food at night. So far, great food, great vibes, and large place for seating.

Came to try their breakfast items and will definitely be back! I had the ice cream croffle and the bacon and egg and they were both so good. They also had donuts and muffins available. The interior is also really cool with tons of neons. Love that you can come here and eat while you study. It’s like a cross between a board game cafe, restaurant, and a bubble tea shop.

Worst customer service ever and never felt so disrespected in a restaurant! Came in and waited at the door to be seated (as the sign indicates at the front). We kept on waiting and all 3 staff around did not pay attention to us nor welcome us. One of them constantly on the phone and another one literally looked at me blank in the face and continued doing whatever (aka just walking to the bar doing nothing). No menus in sight either to keep us busy. After 15 mins of waiting at the door and being ignored, we just left.
