The staff there were 5 stars for sure. The beer selection was a little minimal when I visited but it was clear they used to have many other beers and just had sold out. I didn't try the food while I was there, but what others ordered looked pretty good.
I've been to this Lou Dawgs location 4 times. The first three times they confused elements of the order and/or weren't enthusiastic about serving customers at all. HOWEVER, the atmosphere inside is pretty well curated and they have some good live bands play. The one time the food and service was good, it was their Sunday blues and brunch. So, I recommend this spot for brunch on the weekend.
The service here was fantastic. Menu options for everyone from vegetarian to meat lovers. Dean the server/ bartender was welcoming and fun to chat with the whole night.
The Nachos were amazing!!
Had a couple drinks after dinner here. I feel like it was quieter than usual, but that was nice for us.
Been here twice, the first time I had nachos and they were good the second time I had veggie chilli cheese fries and they were AMAZING! I appreciate the little menu that highlights all there vegan /vegetarian options and for a barbeque restaurant there are quite a few.
great friendly service. a good assortment of veggie grub, thank you! Vegetarians like dirty food too!
Sadly portion size is was very, very small, ribs were not cooked well - hardly any meat...really wanted to love this place :(
Friday of a long weekend and they are out of: all but one draft , 4 other beers and all of their sweet potato options by 8pm. Food was ok. Server did her best with limited product available. With so many other option in uptown you could do better
Changing my five star to 1. Came in today for lunch the brisket was hard like beef jerky told the staff they agreed it wasn't great but left it at that.

I would leave a review about the food, but I never got a chance to eat here. We booked tickets to see an event, arrived before the show was scheduled to start and were informed that they had no room for the 9 of us to attend the show. We are out $90 without seeing the show we came to see. We arrived on time, and talked with the manager and the event staff, and were informed that we should stand (where, we weren''t sure, as we either were stand directly in front of tables or in the main aisle where servers were coming through with trays full of food) and wait for a table that may or may not come available. We either had a choice of awkwardly standing in the way of everyone else in the restaurant, or leaving. I would never book to attend an event here again, and would warn others not to do the same.
The server Bailey was amazing, well attentive and very helpful. The food was great and location couldnt have been better for us. We shall return asap.
Really tasty food, good portions, good service, and at a decent price. I feel like a lot of people still haven't realized that this place is as good as Lancaster Smokehouse, if not better. And even if you disagree, being able to find a table here right away sure beats waiting 40 mins in line at the other place.
Good food. Good atmosphere. Friendly staff. Good times had by all.
Fun atmosphere and decent food. Worth a visit.
