The girl working tonight shouldn’t be there ‘cause she’s terrible at her job. Didn’t greet, was frowning the entire time and answered our questions very rudely. Worst attitude I’ve seen in milktea shops.

Ordered uber eats and they waited 30 minutes before rejecting the order for closing. Please reject the order when you get it if you do not want to work the last 45 minutes. Now my options for ordering is more limited

Bubble tea that is more like a dessert than a drink. Drink was fine but topping wasn’t good. Paid $1.1 for mini taro balls - wasn’t cooked thoroughly, still powdery in the middle. See Photo

This is ridiculous. 1 person working, the entire store?! Such a long wait for a drink. I would not be disappointed if the pick up time was accurate because I would have not ordered at the first place. I’m also suspicious of all these 5 star reviews RIGHT AFTER people left them REAL feedback.
