I’m here because I saw what you did for the community in Tiktok . I remember as a child my mom was a single mother of four and at times the only thing we had to eat for the week was frosted glazed donuts since it came in a pack of 12 and fed us for a few days do to money issues. Seeing what you did for the community and helping feed those families really touched my soul and just wanted to say THANK YOU AND MAY GOD CONTKNUE TO BLESS U N UR BUSINESS.

Loved the meals and will definitely go back! Kids enjoyed the protein shakes as well. Only issue was the parking situation since I come from out of town. Parking downtown can be tricky at times. Definitely worth checking out!

Customer service was great. They explained everything thoroughly and politely. But when o got my smoothie…yuck. What was supposed to be a chocolate peanut smoothie just tasted like bananas blended with an avocado. No taste of the chocolate, protein powder, or peanut butter. I went home and added cacao powder and more protein powder to save it but still just gross banana and avocado. Disappointing not only because of the money I spent on it but because the employee told me I would let taste the avocado. I’ll end up throwing this in the garbage. I don’t think I’ll be buying another smoothie from here.

This place is literally amazing for those who are looking for a healthy, convenient & delicious pre made meals. I was trying Factor meals prior to finding Macro Foods and found their meals to be bland and not enjoyable. As someone who doesn’t have time or desire to cook but still eat healthy meals, this place is for you. Not only are their meals extremely high in protein and low in calories, they ACTUALLY taste good & fresh. I stock up on these meals throughout the week and pick up some of my favourite pre-workout’s & bars. Macro Food’s makes it easy to stay on track with your fitness goals and I’d highly recommend them!
