Thus was my first time at this location. Today Nov 17th at around 1:30pm we came for a birthday pizza and the lady serving me was really nice! She was happy to make my pizza with 7 toppings I requested and did so with a smile which made me feel very comfortable :) She even wished me Happy Birthday and included a birthday card :) Great customer service!
When I buy pizza next time, I will definitely come to this location! I recommend this location!

ordered ahead of time, had to wait an extra 40 minutes for a single cheese pizza. most of the workers were standing around talking or giving customers dirty looks. place itself was also dirty and crawling with bugs in every corner.
I ordered a large pizza. I picked up the pizza and after taking it home found out it was the wrong order. I called to let them know. They said they wound deliver in 20 minutes. I got it in 55 minutes. I still got the wrong pizza. I called back. They tried blaming it on me. They continued to say they were busy and said it would take another 45 minutes to get the pizza. I told them not to bother. Very frustrating experience. I think some customer service training would go a long way.

I don't understand how Domino's sticks promotions on our doors that don't have an expiry date and when trying to get advantage of it, they won't honor it and try to justify that the promotion says 'Limited time offer'. Maybe should include some sort of date so people won't waste their time ordering overpriced average pizza.
