Unfortunately, I learned that this location is temporarily closed down. I really liked going here and prefer it to the Kitchener location. The staff are friendly and professional and the owner is very attentive to customers, giving advice on flavours and ensuring satisfaction. I hope it can re-open with the same team.

Love that they use marble slabs to mix their ice cream. Nice flavours. Tried the 2 chocolate flavours (not the chocolate chili) and they were both good. Think they could add in a few more mix-ins. The brownie bits were hard and dry, I guess that's my main complaint.

Vegan oatmilk icecream is really bad. Weird texture, and sticky too. I do love vegan icecream but this is not it. Not worth the price and I couldn’t eat more than a few spoonfuls. D spot nearby has better vegan icecream by far.Customer service was nice but overall had to keep repeating myself unfortunately for the same question.I would not come back for their vegan icecream.

One of the best ice cream places in the city!!!!!!They have wide variety of ice creams and even a bigger variety of toppings. They also serve seasonal flavors.The place was nice and clean with plenty of sitting area in and also outside.Very accessible location. They add the toppings inside the icecream which makes the dessert so special and unique!!I would definitely go back here and would recommend it. A must try dessert place.
Omg the icecream here just tasted like heaven!!! Got peanut butter icecream and mixed it with berries!!! It was so good I went back there again a few days later just to get the same icecream ?!

Anna at the University of Waterloo location is amazing!!!She offered her honest and credible opinions about the ice cream choices I was debating between. She also kindly allowed me to taste them despite it making her job harder.She also offered to mix 2 ice cream flavors into 1 when I was struggling with my choices. She went above and beyond and made this an amazing customer service experience!

We go here at least once every week as we love the ice cream, yesterday my partner was here and he says he never wants to go again.The employee who served yesterday was too disrespectful and behaved as if he was causing her inconvenience by buying an ice cream. While being very nice to some other customer. It was as though she was being discriminating towards my partner. We don’t tolerate this behaviour, never going here again!!!!
