I was starving after a busy day without having any food during the day. Decided to get some fried chicken from this place. I ordered 6 pieces of chicken and a big Mary on the cell phone app. Said that would take 25min to prepare, it took me 20min to get there. But I still waited there for another 20min for my food. OK, my bad I didn’t check my food there, because I was so hungry and so late. Opened the bag after I got home. Instead of 6 pieces of chicken, I’ve only got 2! Drove back to the restaurant, told the staff about it. Waited for another 5min, finally got exactly what I’ve ordered. After all that, my food was not hot anymore, and my sandwich was soggy and cold. The chicken was as good as before. Really bad experience. Wasted of my time and gas.

We always order take out using their mobile app, so can't speak to the dine-in experience. But the girl at the counter is exceptionally polite & efficient. The chicken itself is really, really good - way better than KFC or Popeye's these days. Recommend getting half regular, half spicy.

Terrible service. The food was ready but the girl was too busy laughing and socializing in back to hand it to us. We had to open the door to signal a new customer for her to come out. Also we didn't get everything we had ordered. I don't think I'll go back.

We stopped there after a long day to pick up dinner to take home the attention to detail and the customer service was top-notch like I haven’t seen in years Way to go Mary Brown’s!! Food was great!!! We will definitely visit this location again next time driving through Waterloo.
