I have gotten wrong orders from here SO many times I finally decided to say something. Tonight we got two Big Mac combos. First we had to wait on it in drive thru, whatever I can handle that. Then they bring it out and they have not included two dips we paid for. This location is notorious for that. So, I needed to park, go in, and get them to give them to me since they cost way more than they’re worth and I’m not gonna give a multibillion dollar corporation money for nothing. That gets resolved no get home and go to put my straw in my drink and it is double cupped and half full. Burgers are never actually together, just items thrown into a box or wrap. I don’t pay for deconstructed food at McDonald’s. This location is trash. They do nothing to make things right. They hire terrible, lazy or incompetent, and thankless staff. I would love to get in touch with the owner of this franchise location or store manager because this is pathetic

Took 15mins to get through drive they’re and don’t fill the large fries all the way and were given cold. As working at McDonald’s at a different store I understand how customers feel and this is not acceptable. Work better workers please

Every time I go here with my family of 2 kids and partner the food is never correct. Missing items.foods cold. I’m only 4 mins from this location and never had a good experience especially when my bill is always over 70$ for a basic small meal for 2 kids and 2 adults

Today we spent 60$ and they placed every single item in 1 ripped bag so when I went to my front door to unlock the door to surprise my kids with food it all collapsed onto the salty snow outside my front door. Gotta love wasting money for awful quality and just the lack of care. 6 burgers and 2 fries shouldn’t be in 1 bag but because of that now my kids miss out on their fries. I didn’t know after spending a big bill I’d have to get a bag from home to transport my food . McDonalds is a joke now and I will not be feeding my family this any more. I’d rather spend the same at at restaurant who treats their customers better.

I come here often but there is a worker that I believe is 27 years old that is dating a 17 year old I just wanted to put this out because the manager dose not care at all and told me it doesn’t matter same as one of the co-workers there’s a few lovely workers but this is unacceptable

Never been in person, probably ordered via uber 5-6 times in abt 4-5 months, never gotten food correctly - which is a huge issue for me with my dairy and egg allergy. On my burger tonight - quarter pounder no cheese, which I often receive w cheese - there was no mustard and instead a small amount of Big Mac sauce. I just want my food correctly without complications one time, but it seems very difficult for this staff. Oh! And when I just took the photo with flash on for this review, I noticed a big curly black hair that does not match my blonde hair.

Previously rated 4 stars because McDonald's is McDonald's, but now service lowered to one star. We had a toy teddy bear that we lost the night prior and the staff were very uncooperative with helping us find it, despite us showing photo evidence of its presence the night prior (taken by onlookers following our departure of the store). They even made claims that said toy was definitely not present in the establishment at any time, or that the bear was in the parking lot. Safe to say we did not enjoy the experience, and still miss our poor bear dearly. If anyone has found him, please let me know. Even if you have him and are unwilling to give him back, please take good care of him. It would make my day better knowing that at least someone is getting joy out of him.
