Terribly long waits when ordering in, employees just ignore the ready food for dine in and only focus on drive thru or Uber eats pick ups. Waited almost 20 minutes for a single happy meal. Another customer was waiting for almost 30 minutes and employee kept saying they just got the order 5 minutes ago even though there was a time stamp on the customer receipt. Rather drive down to King St as I never had to wait that long even though they are much busier.

First the service was very slow. I ordered a medium decaf one Splenda and bagel. The bagel was soggy and As you can see from the photos there is definitely milk or cream. There is an issue almost every time I go to this location

Absolute slowest service I have ever experienced at any McDonald’s. We frequent this location at pretty slow hours (early mornings, 5-6am, and late nights from 10-11pm). Almost always we are asked to park aside and wait for our order (for 2 people) and sit for upwards of 10 mins each time. I completely understand that sort of thing when there are other customers in the drive through and inside the business, but the wait is kind of ridiculous (especially when we’re the only customers waiting??). I would recommend choosing a different location or going inside if you’re able/willing.

Ordered Egg BLT on the mobile app, arrived at drive-through at around 7:55am. Waited about 15 min to give my code, than waited another 15 min to get my order delivered to waiting area. Very disappointed. The lettuce was black around the edges.

As someone with a deep and unrestrained loathing for cheese, my first concern when reviewing any order is that they have refrained from adding said product. Not only did they perfectly prepare my breakfast order, but the food was also ready quickly, and the two fellas running the drive-thru window were super friendly. Tightly-run operation.
