Stopped by here for an after-movie snack with 7 of us. The food was fresh, arrived quickly, and tasted as it should. The restaurant was moderately busy, but the staff were helpful. One of us dropped our medium fries on the floor, and the staff didn't hesitate to give us a new one for free, which we very much appreciated. Thanks for the excellent service and experience.

They just increased the price of a sausage mcmuffin from $3.89 to $5.18 whats THAT...ABOUT 37% SEE YA MCDONALDS Imagine they want $6.00 for a large fry. What a joke My Older review M'cafe should actually be called M''cold coffee Why is it that 8 out of 10 times this place will sell you COLD COFFEE. Barely luke warm!!!! Not just once either ...over and over and over again. I go there often and am sick of the coldish coffee I pay for. The one they merrily sell you! Too bad as they have the best throw away cup in the business imo. Pointed it out the other evening to a rude male manager. Said it was just brewed fresh...WHAT A LIE THAT WAS...IMPOSSIBLE to be fresh and this luke warm...c'mon man. I get the hot and cold aspect of drinks...lol They gave me another one. Same thing...barely warm. Not a lot of brain power there it seems. Why give someone another sorta warmish coffee from the same carafe of coffee? This happen constantly there. GET A SYSTEM that works will ya. Ya sell coffee...well guess what...its supposed to be a hot product. Tim Hortons right beside you has HOT COFFEE...what's your problem mcdonalds? First day making and selling coffee? You are out there all over the place bragging up your coffee service. but yet you sell luke warm coffee???? WAY TO GO McDonalds. It the same fail rate as the food. Order this...get that. Ask for less sauce......get extra sauce instead. I actually return the wrong stuff to them now. Get it CORRECT...please ! I want what I ordered...not what you decide to make wrong. Great cup...poor product inside due to improper operation of this product. HOT coffee isn't that hard to do.

I went into the drive-thru yesterday and ordered a sausage and egg McGriddle and it came with just the buns or pancake portion no sausage no egg no cheese then went back and returned it and they gave me a sausage and egg McMuffin

I chose a 2 star rating because I went at 1am and the dining room doors were locked, essentially only the drive through was available. I’m glad I didn’t order ahead or with points as I don’t have a car and can’t use the drive through, everything online says the entire restaurant is open 24/7, so if whoever is in charge could please clarify the hours to me, or make sure staff keep the doors open during operational hours please, I would appreciate it
This place has turned into a nightmare. They will allways manage to mess up your order and you will allways be waiting In the parking lot for your food.

We like the food here, but the way you treat your employees also goes to show how the place is run, while having our meal one of the managers talked down to their employees publicly and brutally humiliated them. We don’t like this time of brutality from upper management. He was loud about the fact that he left something on the table and screamed that he is gonna cut it out of his pay check. The place was so full and people heard him humiliating the poor employee. BAD BAD!! There are other ways to teach, Humiliating some is so not the way. I hope you (THE MANAGER) do better next time.

Terribly long waits when ordering in, employees just ignore the ready food for dine in and only focus on drive thru or Uber eats pick ups. Waited almost 20 minutes for a single happy meal. Another customer was waiting for almost 30 minutes and employee kept saying they just got the order 5 minutes ago even though there was a time stamp on the customer receipt. Rather drive down to King St as I never had to wait that long even though they are much busier.

First the service was very slow. I ordered a medium decaf one Splenda and bagel. The bagel was soggy and As you can see from the photos there is definitely milk or cream. There is an issue almost every time I go to this location
