We went in again tonight place a large order . The gal working was amazing, its nice to see a happy and friendly employee she's a top notch employee.

Great food we ordered the 4×4 and the ultimate burger and added 2 patties both was hot, fresh and yummy

$36 for a small burger and a Philly cheese steak that was half the size than pictured. The bun was also completely different. The 5 pieces of mac and cheese bites for $9 definitely came prepackaged. The only worker there doesn’t speak English (December 12th evening). And didn’t acknowledge me for at least 4 minutes when the food was already ready. Could have just said hello and would have had the food in 20 seconds.

The only worker there, sat in the middle of the kitchen on a milk crate staring at her phone…. I ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches which seemEd to have been the main part of their menu. it was cooked with no butter, no butter on the outside of the bread (or inside), just dry toast with cheese in the middle, worst damned grilled cheese I have ever wasted of my money on. holy moly- sad.

When in their last week what's your other guys from work Nick the owner and he wowed us he's very polite friendly and the food was amazing I definitely will be back I highly recommend this place and there's another location in Thorold so hurry up and get there

Just dropped +$30 on 2 poutines. Nothing special at all, chinsey on the topping. All in all should have been MAYBE $20. Just overpriced and there is better poutine elsewhere.

Honestly the food is good and the staff are friendly, the problem seems to come down to operating hours. Was there today, at about 1051am, door was locked but open sign was on, the sign in the window said 10am open, Google search said 1030am, so no clue what's going on with this location

We used to love Meltwich. We went last night. There was one employee working. We ordered and specifically told the worker that we have a dairy allergy and requested vegan cheese on the sandwiches. He said it will be 5-10 minutes. A family behind us ordered also. 30 minutes later he served the other family first and then we got our order. I understand that one worker is challenged with many different orders but the management is responsible for the situation the employee was in which ended up to be bad service.
Two sandwiches that we requested to be dairy free were somehow contaminated with dairy. My husbands Nashville chicken was terrible. The quality of food and service has diminished greatly since the last time we attended this establishment. It was disappointing.
