I’ve been coming to this location for the past six years and have always loved the food. Unfortunately, on Mother’s Day weekend, we arrived right at 12:00 PM—as stated on your website and storefront—only to find the location still closed. We had planned to pick up food for my family’s Mother’s Day celebration and had to scramble to make other arrangements because of the unexpected closure.

I completely understand that early afternoons may not be your busiest time, but when your online and posted hours state a specific opening time, customers expect the doors to be open then.

I hope this feedback is helpful, as I’d love to continue supporting this location in the future.

Good but never received the milkshake ordered through Uber. The driver said it's happened before at this location.

Thraun was amazing! Super friendly, fast, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. He went above and beyond — easily the best service I’ve ever had at a fast food place. Give this guy a raise!

I had seen this place in Ottawa and was really excited to try it last weekend. When I say that I was disappointed… photos on website aren’t what it’s like at all. Looked like someone had smooshed two pieces of white bread together and added maybe a sprinkle of topping then stepped on it. I ordered one of the “nicer” sandwiches and I can’t say it was worth 20$ at all. I ordered delivery so don’t know if it makes a difference but I won’t be ordering again.

Honestly would recommend this location to anyone! The workers were so friendly and helpful especially Manikanta, gave such good customer service !

I ordered an extra chicken breast in my sandwich and they charge me for nothing I asked them to fix it and they ignored me

Terrible service from the manager last night, attitude was horrible, no manners, needs to learn some respect. This place would be better off without him, I enjoyed eating here a lot but after meeting the manager I will never again

Poutine was good, I enjoyed the extra cheese option. Service was quick and easy, the short wait for our food was made better by all the cheese puns on the walls. Excellent atmosphere.

The person at the front desk needs to learn how to communicate with others. If a delivery person hasn’t read the note to bring the hot bag, they can politely ask them to bring it instead of shouting. I know it’s my job but sometimes one can forget .
