Used to be my favourite place for ordering vegan poutine. Last 2 times I ordered they sent me a regular chicken and cheese poutine I couldn't eat (and morally oppose), so I won't ever order here again. The staff can't read the "V" on the receipt properly it seems. Maybe management should spell it out fully so it's harder to miss. It's probably fine if you order in person and non-vegans will still enjoy.

Great place for comfort food, but the service was slow and overall not very good. Cashier did not look like they wanted to work there at all, but still got the job done. Mac and cheese is exactly what you would expect, nothing more, nothing less, but the fries were good.

Sorry to say but the service and atmosphere was not good especially at the Waterloo one, Kitchener one is the best. They are shouting at us for not picking up the order, how can we hear that, while there is too much sound in the background... And try to give more jobs to Gujaratis, they know how to do the business.Especially at the front, at least he needs to understand the basics of how to talk to the customer's "the basic customer interaction."Soo rode man!
