“We went there for lunch yesterday and it was a wonderful dining experience. Thank you Akshay! The dining room and washroom were clean, the food was well prepared and tasted good however what made the biggest difference was the service provided by Akshay. Welcomed with a smile, Akshay took the time to explain our options to us, made 2 amazing burritos, opened our Jarrito for us and provided further coupons for future visits. I think other restaurants should learn a lesson here. Too often, we pay high prices for cold food and lousy service. Keep up the great work, we will be back!“

“tried for the first time on valentines Day! was glad we made a reservation because it was bumpin. my husband is not easy to get to like Mexican food, but he says this is his new fave spot for it! best margarita I ever had, too. great prices, great service, great atmosphere. they had a water pitcher and tortilla chips with a selection of salsas out for us on arrival. the nachos were literally incredible - we added the beef - and the birria tacos were amazing. can't say enough good about this place. mouth is watering writing this review lol.“

I ordered the signature chicken burrito during the buy one get one free Monday deal, and it was full of flavor, made with fresh ingredients, and very filling. The portion size was generous and well worth the price. The strawberry cheesecake freakshake was amazing thick, creamy, and perfectly balanced with a rich cheesecake taste. Everything was delicious and high quality. I was just visiting a friend who recommended this place, and it turned out to be the best burrito I’ve ever had. Definitely a must visit spot in Waterloo. I visited Fresh Burrito for the first time today, and I’m so impressed! The staff were super professional and friendly. I told them it was my first time visiting, and I wasn’t sure what to order. “definitely my favourite burrito chain, never tried them until I moved to waterloo, love the rice they use. had really great service and food today at 5:30ish pm thanks to the sole worker, sorry about how I didn't respond I was completely out of it! I always order online to get free guacamole with my bean bowl :) def check that out, and aim to order when things arent busy for better taste + portions like the weekends“

“My husband just picked up a steak burrito bowl for me and I'm so surprised and happy. All the burrito bowls I've had so far from other places were painfully bland. The rice tastes like air and the meat was seasoned by someone that have a seasoning phobia. Not this place, though. The steak was beautifully seasoned and tasted amazing, everything tasted so good and the portion was generous. There was not a gap in the meal where I only got one ingredient, my fork got a mix of flavors every time. I hope they don't change these things for the worse with time. I will only order from here if I want a steak burrito bowl in the future. Thank you for the people who cooked and prepared it.“
