The man of this restaurant is very rude. When I asked for some custom-made meals, such as less side dishes, they said that I didn't like it, so I could not order it, and thought I was taking advantage of them. It's unreasonable.

Great hidden hole in a wall spot! Chinese buns were filling and juicy.
No seating and out only however. The restaurant was extremely stuffy to wait in and had to wait in the snow hence deducting one star.

The couple who run this small takeaway place are very kind and welcoming, and the prices are quite affordable, ideal for students on a tight budget. However, the food quality is rather average. Be prepared for dishes that lean heavily toward sweetness. If you don’t enjoy sweet-style Chinese food, this may not be the right place for you. I tried the jianbing (Chinese crepe) and spicy mixed vegetables. The jianbing was too thick and overly sweet, and the crispy strip inside was crushed into crumbs, which took away the authentic texture. (btw, is there a place that makes authentic Tianjin crepe here in Waterloo?) The mixed vegetables used a Korean-style sweet chili sauce instead of the traditional Sichuan chili oil, giving it a dry, sweet-spicy taste that wasn’t what I expected.

Delicious food and a very clean kitchen - one of our most trusted Chinese restaurants in the town. Specifically loved their Chinese burrito.

A wholesome family run, stereotypical hole-in-the wall place (Idk even if I should call it a restaurant) and there’s no english to read but the food is good I got the fried chicken and rice was juicy and crispy, funny I couldnt even order because they don’t speak Engish so I just pointed at the menu. If you like Chinese food for takeout and open minded just send it.

You can order via Fantuan, it’s called Real Chinese Stir Fry. Or you can walk in and pay via interac transfer or cash (no credit card). I have no tried to order in person yet.Food is good and cheap but can be too oily at times. The wings are good.

(Translated by Google) Although it was cheap, it was hard to eat, and the rice was leftover and hard.(Original)虽然便宜,但都很难吃,米饭也都是剩的,很硬。
