I went there recently, when my friend tried to pay, her Apple Pay wasn’t working, and the employee was annoyed, and made it understand to us. The food is expensive for what it is, it wasn’t great and the preparation was long. There was food on the floor, some rice on our table. The thing that made us say that we will never come back is the fact that when we left, we said goodbye, and the employee didn’t even looked at us, he was staring at his phone but we said it loud so he heard it. I never put reviews, but if I put one, it means that the whole service was really bad. I don’t recommend.

The service was REALLY bad, i was struggling to find my card on my phone and to put the price back on the machine the waiter had an attitude. it wasn’t smelling good there, the tables were dirty and the food was decent, definitely not worth the price. When me and my friend were done eating, we told him goodbye and he did not respond or look at us meanwhile the restaurant was empty and he was on his phone. We won’t go there again for shawarma because it wasn’t the best and the service was awful.

I hate doing these because this restaurant used to be good. Now...not so much. They charge for extra but you don't get it. I paid 5 bucks for extra chicken in my wrap. I did not get it, nor did I get hot sauce I asked for. The shawarma plate. I asked for extra garlic sauce, they did maybe 3 squints. (See picture) and the chicken tasted microwaved this time.....this restaurant was Amazing 2-3years ago. Now it's worse than a white person trying to cook MiddleEastern food...im sorry Mozy but you NEED to fix this. This happens too many times and too many bad orders. I have hundreds of orders from you and most were amazing.

My wife and I were very sad when the Cambridge Mozy's Shawarma closed down for some reason. But luckily there was another location in Waterloo! And we have started ordering from them a few times a month now. Mozy's Shawarma is one of our favourite places to eat at and the staff are always very accommodating with the specifications for my wife's dietary preferences.

Other than the staff (and the lettuce - please change it back), hasn't changed a bit since High School in 2008 - always my #1, and all other Shawarma's are compared against you Mozy's. Topping fresh, garlic sauce amazing, and the signature grilled with the juices from the spit... amazing.

Place is wildly overpriced for the portion size. Feels like every other shawarma place in the region has larger portions for less money. Might just be that Mozy’s is located right beside laurier, so they get away with it because of convenience. Either way, we won’t be returning.

The chicken in my shawarma was actually raw in the middle, which was honestly disgusting and kind of scary. I couldn’t even finish it. Everything else tasted bland and just thrown together. I was really expecting better, but the whole meal felt low quality. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be going back.
