Today i get horrible experience with this place I told her I wanted the Toscana one with garlic dip, and I was in a hurry. I don't know if she was new or what, but she made me another one, and I didn't like it. This is usually my go-to place, but from now on, I don't want to come here if the staff isn't able to understand what the customer says. Thanks for ruining my evening.

Went there yesterday around 11 am and was served my favourite pretzel. It was freshly baked and delicious. The Indian girl working there was super courteous and was prompt in her service. Thank you 😊
If you have a sweet tooth, definitely come here. Their huge pretzels are freshly made and their service is even better.

Absolutely disgusted by the hygiene practices at this Mr. Pretzel location. While waiting in line, I witnessed an employee pull out a pair of gloves from the box—one fell on the floor. Instead of discarding it, he handed both gloves to the next employee, who then put them on and was about to begin handling food. That glove should have been thrown out immediately—completely unacceptable.
When I raised my concern, rather than acknowledging the mistake, the staff attempted to convince me that the gloves I saw were discarded, even though it was obvious they were not. Instead of taking accountability, they tried to undermine my observation and dismiss my concerns, which I found both condescending and dishonest.
Food safety should be non-negotiable. This experience raised serious concerns, and I won’t be returning.
