Delicious pretzels. Hard to resist, especially because they make the whole mall smell like pretzels. Service could be a bit better, but that doesn’t change the fact that these pretzels are incredible. Especially the vanilla strawberry one.

Whenever I go to Conestoga mall I can't resist getting a pretzel. I recommend the strawberry vanilla sauce on side so that you can dip it.
The caramel flavor is ordinary... I think this is a super ordinary ingredient, but it is not cheap.

I come to this store almost every time I go to Conestoga mall.And the worst customer service experience I have ever had was today.The pretzels the csr served were cold so i went to her and told her please can you get us new ones as this is cold and not freshThe girl with glasses argued first that this is fresh but it was super cold and chewy. However made a new one after and commented in such a rude way. Saying " just want to let you know it's hot and if you burn yourself that's not our fault.Wow!!!!! What a great customer service. This lady can for sure let the store down.Never going to visit again.
