My cheeky girlfriend dragged me to Mr. Puffs, and I’ll admit—I wasn’t too excited at first since I’m not a fan of greasy food. But wow, was I wrong! The puffs were light, sweet, and absolutely addictive. Simran and Brandon made the visit even better with their friendly and polite service, and the cozy, upbeat vibe of the store sealed the deal. Delicious sweet treat, and the young female employee is always very patient and kind with my indecisiveness lol.
However, every time I go, I see her doing all the work and another employee playing on his phone or watching tiktok on full volume in the kitchen. I don't like to make assumptions about workplace dynamics, but it has happened all 3 times I have gone and I was getting frustrated on her behalf, especially when it started getting busy.
