What a waste of time. Most of the time they never have any buns. Such as the other day at 6:30. We needed 3 subs and she had 2 whole wheat buns left. With an hour and half before closing!! So we had to drive elsewhere to get food. But this typical of this place. Not to mention they NEVER seem to have the five buns Mr Sub offers. The owner knows this and doesn't really care as I've spoke to him about this before. So now I've given up on this waste of time. The lady working there is very nice. She did mention that the buns would be 15 min. Well who wants to wait 15 min for a sub. Sorry owner but you've wasted my time for the LAST time !! Good luck if this is the way you run a business. Now wait for the canned answer the owner will post....haha Try improving the business instead ....right?

I went to this location last night. I am a regular customer at this location and the young Indian girl works during that time and she always remember my order, makes perfectly right sub everytime and she is very fast. Also, she is very hardworking, friendly and always smiling. Love this location for my dinner. It was an overall amazing experience.

I usually go here when I get my sandwich fixing. It’s always normally the same people working behind the counter. They are very nice! Always the best attitude, engaging with conversation, and super kind. That alone is a good reason as to why I go here for my subs :)

The Mr. SUB on highland road in kitchener could learn a lot from this location, it's unfortunate that other locations of the same franchise are so poorly operated in comparison to this location.
Just started going to this location as it's near the gym I just started going to as well. It can be busy depending on when you are there. I've only seen 1 staff on at a time, which can lead to a longer wait for service. However the staff are friendly and helpful. Subs were made well, tasty good ingredients.

My local spot for a great sub. Had roast beef, one of the best ones in 40 years. This location is always clean, service is quick and efficient and it's great to see the owner on the front lines !
