It was as mushy as soup. Bacon not cooked. Some unknown meat that I didn't order . Previously was excellent, this time, disgusting! If I get sick, I will be reporting this to the authorities..... you need to either fire this person or give them proper training!!!

I see after reading the reviews it’s not just me. There were two people in front of me and I waited almost ten minutes, he gave the girl in front of me a free cookie for waiting and then I bought a footlong sub and drink and he didn’t even bother to give me anything extra. I don’t care about the free cookie but everything I said he responded rude to. He also told the girl in front of me there was no white bread when there clearly was after she pointed it out to him. This is the second time I have seen his arrogant, rude behaviour ordering a sub. Told him I will never be giving him my business again, he also talks to the girl that works there rudely as me and my family have witnessed.

The guy working was really rude to us… it was honestly ridiculous :( Not sure why, despite us being really nice.
The man working there was very rude. He had attitude and was very short. He seemed annoyed by our requests. The floor inside was not clean and the store seemed unorganized with vegetables getting mixed in with others. I recommend going to the Mr. Sub on Highland road as the people working there are always very nice and the store is spotless.

What a waste of time. Most of the time they never have any buns. Such as the other day at 6:30. We needed 3 subs and she had 2 whole wheat buns left. With an hour and half before closing!! So we had to drive elsewhere to get food. But this typical of this place. Not to mention they NEVER seem to have the five buns Mr Sub offers. The owner knows this and doesn't really care as I've spoke to him about this before. So now I've given up on this waste of time. The lady working there is very nice. She did mention that the buns would be 15 min. Well who wants to wait 15 min for a sub. Sorry owner but you've wasted my time for the LAST time !! Good luck if this is the way you run a business. Now wait for the canned answer the owner will post....haha Try improving the business instead ....right?
