The store has many flavours of coffee so that was nice, but the employees genuinely had no idea what they’re talking about. The coffee they gave me to try tasted like water… if I didn’t already own a Nespresso I would’ve thought the coffee was horrible based off that experience. Should probably figure out how to make a decent coffee and what the different pods are for if you’re working there.

Such a horrible experience. Came to buy few pods, asked if I can try a new flavour. Was asked back if I have any intention of purchasing and was told it’s a full cup of coffee. Thanks for letting me know how coffee consumption work. LOL. I mean are you serious?
Was told that a coffee expert will help, but she came, stared at me and just crossed my path. So I was wondering if all the try out machines placed for show? I dont know. Or my face was not upto the status as a Nespresso consumer. The rating of this store is justified. This store alone is destroying the brand name. Good luck. Never coming back. Head office should give it a thought.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but my recent experience at this location was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be shared. I came into the store to return a single item and was completely overlooked by the staff — multiple associates chose to help customers who arrived after I had already asked for assistance. I waited over 20 minutes just to process a basic return.

On top of that, I was told the refund would be processed within 24 hours. It’s now been over a week, and I still haven’t received anything.

I’ve been a loyal Nespresso customer for nearly 6 years, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service at this location is incredibly disappointing

Always friendly and offer a sample while you wait! Usually the wait time isn’t very long. I was in last weekend and when I got home I realized I didn’t get a box of coffee that I paid for.. I called the store number and believe I got redirected to the main nespresso line. It was so easy and fast to have it shipped and I had it in two days and obviously at no cost! Really appreciated that as I do spend a fair amount here twice a year! Thank you! I gave it 4/5 for service as one of the tills was down that day

I was thrilled to find the product in the color I was looking for and for a great price! They had a great variety of items and pods. The one sour note was the demeanor of the staff member who served me. I dont purchase the nespresso items in the household myself. So, as a first-timer, I was completely unaware that some items are kept in a back storage area, and the main floor is primarily for display. It would have been great to have that explained with a bit more patience and understanding. It felt as if the associate was rushing me through my transaction and just being a bit unfriendly compared to the other customers coming in.

Promotional codes never work. My $50 in free coffee for buying a machine didn't work.. I was in the boutique tonight for a promo...again, the 20% off code didn't work but it was offered to me at regular price.

Some of the workers are friendly for the most part. Service is EXTREMELY slow here. Why does every interaction need to be a 5-10 minute conversation?

We have been to the store several times. We haven’t had our machine very long and we are experimenting trying to find what we like. We are not big espresso drinkers. We mostly like medium, smooth, coffee. We have discovered several types that we like to purchase. Today at the store, we felt that the person that served us was very pushy. She wanted us to purchase other types of pods or flavour shots. I don’t take anything in my coffee and I don’t want a shot for flavour. After she discovered that we weren’t going to purchase additional things, she became very cold and just finished the transaction. I felt like I was in a commission sales environment, which I don’t like. It’s coffee. We buy it every week or so and I don’t want to be pushed to buy more. I think from now on we may order online.

I don't understand the reviews. I'm not a member, but I was looking to replace a beloved coffee tumbler I've had for 11 years that has a push button because as a transit driver, I can't be fooling around with LIFT spouts. To woman who served me was polite, professional and let me try both their flip spout and their click spout. She showed me the ounce options and I chose the 12 Oz. I'm going to go back and purchase another two, a spare for me and one for my husband because these coffee travel tumblers are much better quality than the cheap ones being sold at other stores.

I LOVE the click button, BTW. Not having to line up my mouth with a spout is a huge bonus for me!
