Came in looking for a cake. The lady behind the counter was so cold. Not friendly at all. I asked her for a birthday cake. She told me cakes were on the shelf and that's all she had. I told her it was my husband's birthday. No response. I picked a cake. Bought the Mixed Berry. $50+. Cake was stale and old. Not impressed. Will never go here again. Really wanted a nice cake instead of Zehrs or Sobey's.

I really love the strawberry mousse cake here... I don't like it. They say they bring it from a factory in Toronto, so they don't know when it will arrive. If you have this cake, you should just buy it quickly. ㅠ But they didn't explain it well, so I asked every time I went there if it was there, but it isn't there now, but I went to another branch and asked and they let me know. I've been to all the bakeries and patisseries in Kitchener, Waterloo, and tried all the strawberry mousse cakes, but this one is the best.

Came by and picked up a dozen macarons and dozen cookies. Wendy was welcoming and the store is lovely. In addition to the fresh baked goods, this store also sells local honey and jam. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

What a fabulous little spot! The coffee was great (woo-hoo they have almond milk too!), I got a massive cinnamon bun that was awesome and above all that the lady serving me has the most calming bubble I have been so lucky to cross paths with! I know where I'll be stopping when in Uptown Waterloo!

The lady at the counter treated us really good. The mango cheesecake was delicious, high quality coffee and the environment is really good. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a dessert afterwards!

Incredibly disappointed!!! The store sign says they open Saturday at 10am, we waited outside the doors until 10:10 while the lady in the store fiddled around completely ignoring us. I do not wish to support businesses who treat customers so poorly like that. We walked over 30 minutes to visit the location this morning.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Not sure if she is the owner or works there but that old lady is extremely rude person and has issues. She shouldn’t be working and dealing with public. She should go and do something else in her life rather than cake for happy occasion and dealing with customers and she should work on herself and her attitude. The cakes are wet and saggy! No more business at this location.
