I use to love getting the napoleon dessert here, but the last few times I’ve decided to give it another chance it always tastes like stale disappointment. Days old desserts. Lacks flavour and tastes stale. Considering the price for these desserts, I would expect better quality at 7-9 dollars each.

Pre ordered a carrot cake for a birthday and was extremely disappointed. The cake layers were so dry. They seemed like they were either way overcooked or were very old. The flavour of the icing was good but this did not make up for how bad the cake layers were. Would have been better off purchasing a grocery store cake for half the price.

DO NOT ORDER CAKE FROM HERE!!! My cake order was put in 5 days in advance, they had plenty of time to make it right. It was a simple round pineapple strawberry cake. Upon pickup, they gave me a rectangular cake; no reason was given. When we got home, the cake literally FELL APART right after we opened the box. The flavour was not good, and quality was terrible, whoever put it together decided to slab a mixture of stale and fresh cake together. My money went into the trash. Save your money, go elsewhere.

I was really disappointed with the cake I purchased. Part of it was watery, with some frozen pieces, and the overall taste was unpleasant—we ended up throwing it out. I reached out to the bakery via email to share my concerns but never received a reply or even an apology. Very let down by both the product and the customer service.
