I'm not Chinese. I didn't feel welcome at all. They had a hard time understanding that it was my first time going there. They just weren't helpful at all. Tea wasn't too bad. It was very different from what I'm used to.

Iād like to rate 0 star if I can. I donāt think their staff care about the customers/business. They placed wrong order for me and nobody feel sorry about it.Whatās even worse is when they make the right drink,they put syrup and tons of ice in it(I specially asked for less ice and NO SUGAR.Not to mention they didnāt refund the price difference between the wrong drink and the right one.It gross me up and ruined my day.

My favourite bubble tea spot, we used to always drive in from Stratford specifically for their drinks. Tapioca is always spot on, one of the best out of all the bubble tea shops Iāve had drinks from. Canāt beat their drink prices as well. The milk tea trio, crannyberry green tea & grapefruit are my favourite.
Best Bubble Tea shop in Waterloo! The milk foam slushes are awesome, and so is their rose oolong milk tea. Nice atmosphere to sit and enjoy tea in as well.
