They need to vacuum the ceiling fixtures, wires, and pipes. There is literally mounds/clumps of dirt and dust above the kitchen area. Disgusting!

Ordered watermelon slushy and watermelon juice. Guess what? Got juice in both orders. Although I confirmed which one is slushy and which one is juice. Not my first time having these drinks so I know the difference. Date: June 23; 2025 Time 5:50-6:10pm

I'm not Chinese. I didn't feel welcome at all. They had a hard time understanding that it was my first time going there. They just weren't helpful at all. Tea wasn't too bad. It was very different from what I'm used to.

I’d like to rate 0 star if I can. I don’t think their staff care about the customers/business. They placed wrong order for me and nobody feel sorry about it.What’s even worse is when they make the right drink,they put syrup and tons of ice in it(I specially asked for less ice and NO SUGAR.Not to mention they didn’t refund the price difference between the wrong drink and the right one.It gross me up and ruined my day.
What do I want? Bubble tea. When do I want it? NOW.

My favourite bubble tea spot, we used to always drive in from Stratford specifically for their drinks. Tapioca is always spot on, one of the best out of all the bubble tea shops I’ve had drinks from. Can’t beat their drink prices as well. The milk tea trio, crannyberry green tea & grapefruit are my favourite.

Best Bubble Tea shop in Waterloo! The milk foam slushes are awesome, and so is their rose oolong milk tea. Nice atmosphere to sit and enjoy tea in as well.
