I had the best experience here buying a matcha 4 inch bento box cake. The cake tastes good, but the presentation and service is what stands out to me. The cake is so pretty and the workers are so kind here, answering all my questions with a smile on their faces! This cake was for my sister’s birthday and I guess the woman helping us overheard me, because when she handed over our cake, she gave us a cute birthday candle. This really made my sister’s birthday experience so much more amazing ?

Worker tried to trick us into paying more for a different cake type and got upset.When asking to clarify the price discrepancy for the 4inch cake, they rolled their eyes and got upset that we caught the issue. Didn’t even try to apologize or clarify. Pretty sketchy service!The cakes are tasty but the price is pretty steep.
