I really enjoyed the service and sushi here today! The only reason I’m deducting a star is because I would have liked my salad dressing to be packaged separately so I can control how much I want. Also, the sauce drizzled over the dynamite roll was a little too much. Overall, the sushi is fresh, great price, great portions too!!! Would definitely recommend and I will be back.

Oka Sushi is hands down the best sushi spot I’ve tried in Canada. I’ve ordered from countless places, but nothing comes close to the quality and flavor here. Having been to Japan, I can confidently say this is the closest I’ve come to authentic Japanese sushi outside of Japan. Everything is incredibly fresh, and the value for what you get is unbeatable. The sushi is reasonably priced, making it the best bang for your buck. The owner, who personally makes all the sushi, clearly puts his heart and soul into every dish. The staff is equally impressive—so kind and welcoming, which adds to the overall fantastic experience.

My go to take out sushi spot, especially during exam season! The owner is super friendly and hardworking! I always stop by for the $10 walk-in special which comes with 16 pieces with a wide variety of options to choose from and there usually is not a long wait. For the price, the quality of fish and sushi are pretty good and I love the sushi rice that is used in these rolls. Sometimes I call in beforehand and order so I can just go and pick it up. I also have tried their salmon poke bowl, personally one of my favourites, but on the expensive side.
