Just ordered (To Go) a Chicken Wrap a few minutes ago, and the pita bread was extremely hard, almost like a cracker. It was dry, brittle, and very difficult to chew. This was my first visit in this branch and probably the last. Disappointed.

I recently ordered a chicken shawarma wrap from this Osmow’s location and was really disappointed to find three chunks of bone inside the meat. This has never happened to me at any other Osmow’s branch, so I was genuinely surprised and concerned.
While the flavor was what I expected, biting into hard bone fragments is not only unpleasant, it’s a potential safety risk. It made me question the food handling and preparation standards at this particular location.
I hope this was a one-off mistake, but it definitely affected my trust in this branch. I’ve reported the issue and hope management takes steps to improve quality control.

The best Shawarma I have ever had in Canada so far! The restaurant is clean and tidy. The portion of the food is great and large enough for a senior even if you only ordered one single item.
