Highly disappointed with my experience. Have heard a lot about the Osmows being best for Shawarma but had a pathetic first time experience. The staff is completely overwhelmed with work so they are giving out mediocre food and services. The salad added to my topping was stale and tasted bitter because maybe it was chopped off way too early and the sauce also had gone bad the chicken felt too dry and big for a shawarma pieces . The only okay thing maybe was the rice part . Literally any other shawarma place around the block would be a better option. Go for Lazeez if you want something good for atleast a 20% hit off on the price. Maybe they are good when they are not understaffed. Would never recommend you to visit on weekends and rush hours then.

Horrible, ordered Uber eats, asked for Extra hot with extra Garlic Sauce and asked if they could put it on the food and not add those little packets. Not only did they not do as asked, they went above and beyond to not put any garlic sauce Or even extra hot. To make matters worse, the portions were half empty. It’s clear that there was no effort in this, The people who made this should be embarrassed. Pathetic people do pathetic work.
