It’s a basic spot - wouldn’t recommend eating in. The pizza is good, a little pricy for simple pizzas, but still relatively good value. The more adventurous pies are enjoyable!

Ordered eight pizzas, none of them was good. They were dry , no sauce , just little cheese and the toppings were too little that we have to guess which pizza is that. One of them we thought it a plain pizza by mistake, the toppings were hard to tell. It was not like that before. Don’t know what happened

Won't give drivers the order, then no way to actually speak to the store, terrible customer service on there end and it takes them way to long to cook anything.

Ordered the hot honey Brooklyn supposed to be with the new Cupperonis and it had half of the old style pepperonis and not a drop of hot honey. The pizza was super cold and overcooked, the dough was not overly great. Disappointing experience. Would not go back.
Regular cheesy bread was pretty decent and warm.

This is one of my favourite places to get vegan pizza, but if I'm honest, we often just pop in for the cheesy bread. I'm not a fan of the default dip that comes with it, but they will happily give you tomato sauce instead. The pizza is also pretty good. In fact, I think the pizza is even better the next day, cold.

Went in for a Beyond Summer BBQ pizza from their menu. The staff member said yes. Then she said they don’t have the Beyond Meat Sausage so they could make it without. I asked for extra corn instead. She said yes. THEN she said they could make it with plant-based pepperoni instead. I said that sounded great. THEN she said actually the company Panago has removed Beyond Meat options from the menu so the pizza that she offered to make for me TWICE could no longer be made. This entire conversation was under 3 minutes. I don’t understand why I was refused a pizza she twice said she could modify and clearly stated they had all the other ingredients for? Also there was a man without shoes in the waiting area in his socks. Very odd location. Won’t be back to the franchise.
The quality of the pizza was great. The girl making the pizza was very sweet and kind but was the only one making pizzas for several orders which slowed down the service a lot.I would still have given it 4 stars if not for one incident. I had asked for a glass of tap water(never been rejected for this any place I've ever been to). The manager said "it's not allowed, but you can buy the bottled water for sure". That was laughable.

Tried the place because they supposedly use good quality ingredients and honestly had one of the best tasting chicken bites with the perfect seasoning & non-greasy texture which speaks volumes for itself. The multigrain thin crust pizza on the hand was phenomenal with its aroma, however, I did feel that it could have done with some better seasoning and flavour. Overall great VFM but the ingredients of their Italian garlic dip was a complete disappointment, it’s not even the real stuff just a bunch of garbage material you would never ? want to give your body. Quality with honesty has become a rare commodity which is why I’m withholding 2 stars.
