How cheap of a company can you be. Ordered 2 medium pizzas and 2 boxes or garlic knots, only one of the garlic knot boxes had a small marinara. Big company like papa Johns can’t afford to put marinara in both boxes

Really frustrating that they don’t take order past midnight when they close at 1am. They allow you to place and order through uber, delivery etc… wait twenty minutes and then cancel it. Should maybe stop allowing people to order past the time you don’t want orders coming in.

The staff needs to understand the policy not to use phone, the guy was continuously on video call with one hand, and with the other hand he was making order. So, orders were getting late if he will work like that. Will never come back.

Ordered pizza and wings, pizza came burnt, crust completely charred. Looked like someone else’s order sat around and got reheated before being sent to us. The “wings” were basically just chicken nuggets, undercooked to the point that I had to finish cooking them myself at home. Terrible experience, terrible food, biggest waste of $50, won’t be ordering from here again

Very dirty and disorganized, they rarely have slices available, and customer service hasn't been great. The pizza is decent as expected the one time I was able to get a slice. There are a few great workers but majority of the time the employees were quite short and seemed annoyed I was there. It's clear that it is poorly managed and desperately needs a remodel.
