The staff needs to understand the policy not to use phone, the guy was continuously on video call with one hand, and with the other hand he was making order. So, orders were getting late if he will work like that. Will never come back.

Ordered pizza and wings, pizza came burnt, crust completely charred. Looked like someone else’s order sat around and got reheated before being sent to us. The “wings” were basically just chicken nuggets, undercooked to the point that I had to finish cooking them myself at home. Terrible experience, terrible food, biggest waste of $50, won’t be ordering from here again

Very dirty and disorganized, they rarely have slices available, and customer service hasn't been great. The pizza is decent as expected the one time I was able to get a slice. There are a few great workers but majority of the time the employees were quite short and seemed annoyed I was there. It's clear that it is poorly managed and desperately needs a remodel.

went in at 5:45 today on 28 june 2025 , 1 guy and 2 girls were working , in actual we wanted to get two slice of cheese but they had one so we were recommended to get a medium pizza walk in special for $10.99 we got 1 dipping and one diet coke , and the total was $20.31 which is nearly impossible and this is not about the $4 that they stole for me this is about how these guys are stealing from their owner since i paid cash they never entered anything on the kiosk they simply stole that money made the order simply when i went in and ask for the receipt they mentioned that they don’t print receipts! Is this a joke going on or the workers are stealing from their owner i have worked in food for 5 years and have seen all of that .. The owner needs to be aware of whats going on and after this will never be back at this location
Been a fan of this restaurant forever, order a pepperoni pizza every Friday night. Today, they changed their pepperoni out for something ticker and smaller diameter, but tastes terrible and cheap. There was barely any sauce or cheese on my large pizza, and less pepperoni than usual. Guess it's time to switch pizza places again.
