Got the Jaffna loaded fries and wow it was easily the best loaded fries i’ve ever had.
The sauce and all the toppings they add on top make for such a flavourful meal. I would say that proportions are HUGE, On the website it looks like a small amount but it comes in this decent size container all packed to the top
10/10 would definitely get it again

Beware, do not order from their website. I spent around $50 today trying to get my order to my address. First order was $23 and I didn’t receive my order via their website and it never came. I placed the same order before they closed and I’m still waiting on the order. It’s been an hour now and the store isn’t answering nor the driver. I have now clue who pennys/doordash is hiring but mind as well hire a bunch of baboons because I’m sure they can do the job much easier then these people who are delivering my food
Very very suspicious and disappointing behaviour. I’ve ordered food here so many times and I won’t order again until I get a refund or something in return.

My friend and I are regulars at Penny’s in Waterloo, and for good reason! I absolutely love their Loaded Fries — the combination of crispy waffle fries and their signature Got Sauce is out of this world. The flavor is truly fantabulous and makes it a must-try for anyone visiting.
The only downside is that they only offer the large box for $17 (with tax). While the portion size is generous and great for sharing, it can be a bit much for one person. That said, the taste more than makes up for it — every bite is loaded with deliciousness.
If Penny’s could offer smaller portion options, it would be perfect. Still, it’s one of my favorite spots for comfort food that’s worth every penny (pun intended). Highly recommend giving it a try!

I’ve been a regular customer and have always enjoyed the food here. The flavors are usually amazing, and the spice level is spot on. However, this time, the food was overwhelmingly spicy, I always get pennywise level of heat but this time it was unbearable and I had to throw it. I don't live nearby otherwise I would've come back to address this issue. I even tried calling twice but nobody answered. This hasn’t happened before, so I’m hoping it was just an off day in the kitchen. I’d love to see the usual balance of flavors return, as that’s what keeps me coming back!

Got a sandwich combo, that was supposed to included a side of sauce but they just didn't provide it. Chicken Sandwich and fries ended up too boring (they already lacked coleslaw for the day which I was fine with, but why not include the sauce on top of it). Also the pennywise was barely spicy (it was more salty than spicy), so they completely screwed up my order. Quality seems to have dropped from before.
