The chicken sandwich was good, with a large quantity of chicken. The only issue was that the spices were added last and left a little bit of aftertaste.

The staff were polite and helpful.

Got the Jaffna loaded fries and wow it was easily the best loaded fries i’ve ever had.

The sauce and all the toppings they add on top make for such a flavourful meal. I would say that proportions are HUGE, On the website it looks like a small amount but it comes in this decent size container all packed to the top

10/10 would definitely get it again

My friend and I are regulars at Penny’s in Waterloo, and for good reason! I absolutely love their Loaded Fries — the combination of crispy waffle fries and their signature Got Sauce is out of this world. The flavor is truly fantabulous and makes it a must-try for anyone visiting.

The only downside is that they only offer the large box for $17 (with tax). While the portion size is generous and great for sharing, it can be a bit much for one person. That said,...
